His research interests include academic literacy,<br \/>language assessment, second language education, biliteracy acquisition, and the psychology<br \/>of second language learning and use.<\/p>\n<p>He has published widely on these and other areas and serves on the editorial boards of several<br \/>international journals such as\u00a0<em>English for Specific Purposes,\u00a0<\/em><em>Journal of English for Research Publication Purposes<\/em>,<br \/><em>Language, Culture and Curriculum,\u00a0<\/em>and<em>\u00a0Publications<\/em>.
