It is helpful for physical development, especially deftness and speed of multiple sensory nerves, and promotion of exercise behaviour of the students. Moreover, it can improve mental health when the students encounter the outcome of winning or losing. They can learn to forgive and good sportsmanship from the games. Basketball also creates a sense of unity and a strong relationship among the students. The participants of this competition were 200 students of King Mongkut\u2019s University of Technology Thonburi who enrolled in GEN 101 (Basketball). The competition was divided into two types \u2013 Men\u2019s Team and Women\u2019s Team.
