Monday 14 January 2019 \u2013 Department of Language Studies, School of Liberal Arts, organised the first special seminar on \u201cLearning and Teaching the Melody of Spoken English\u201d at SoLA 901, School of Liberal Arts. This seminar was conducted by Marsha J. Chan \u2013 an English language specialist, an author, a consultant, and a co-founder and a co-coordinator of Sunburst Media, CATESOL Teaching of Pronunciation Interest Group. The objective of this special seminar was to provide knowledge on English teaching, applied linguistics, and English for communication to graduate students and lecturers of School of Liberal Arts. This activity was attended by 40 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
