Tuesday, 21 November 2018 – School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) organized “English Development for Communication Project 2018” in Nakhon Pathom Province for 9 participants including foreign lecturers and support staffs from several units. This “One Day Trip” project was led by three foreign lecturers – Ms. Zhang Lili Ms. Xiang Xing Yu and Ms. Younglim Kang. It aimed to have the participants experience Thai way of life, arts, and culture by visiting various places; for instance, learning the history of Phra Pathom Chedi, exploring nature and local Thai culture at O2 Kaffee & Bistro Samphran, enjoying Samphran Peacock Park and Don Wai Market, etc. These activities gave both foreign lecturers and support staffs opportunities to exchange knowledge and expose to the language together. They were also helpful to develop English communication skills in everyday life and workplace to communicate more confidently and effectively.
