Friday, 30 August 2019 and Saturday 31, August 2019 – School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) organised a lecture on “Improvement Plan or Development Plan for Work Process” for Routine to Research (R2R) Course at Room SoLA 901, School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) for supporting personnel. We were honoured to have Dr. Jarongsak Pumnuan, a scientist expert from Faculty of Agricultural Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang; Dammatham Jinakul, Head of Division of Research Development and Promotion, Institute of Research and Development, Suranaree University of Technology; and Nattita Sukkasem, General Administration Officer from Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Science, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi as speakers. The purpose of this activity was to promote learning and skills using research approaches to effectively develop routine to research (R2R) and the personnel. It also aimed to encourage self-development, knowledge management, and continuous improvement to drive SoLA toward a learning organisation. The activity was helpful to improve the work process of supporting personnel of SoLA to be standardised, systematic, and professional to meet users’ needs with high quality and effectiveness.
