On 1-5 August 2022, the Global Competence Development Centre (GCDC) of the School of Liberal Arts hosted the “GCDC Open House 2022” event on the first floor of the School of Liberal Arts. The event was opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Natjiree Jaturapitakkul, Associate Dean for Global Competence Development.

Through the Play and Learn concept called “Know Yourself, Know Others, and Know the World,” the purpose of this event is to promote learning outside the classroom, broaden participants’ new learning experiences, and equip them with future skills. Participants will be able to learn more about themselves and others through communication and virtual communication.

This event is also a means to develop green space that makes our environment a more pleasant place to live.  The event included activities such as GURU Talk, Test Yourself, Inner Healing, watching movies, listening to music, brain training, Do It Yourself, Cooking Time, VR The World, and other online English learning activities. This event is held to announce the opening of the center and to provide an overview of its services. This center will encourage or support language learning and other global competencies among KMUTT students and faculty in the future. This event was attended by more than 500 people.
