On November 28, 2022, an event titled “If You Survive, You Are Safe” was held at the lecture room SoLA801 on the 8th level of the School of Liberal Arts. This event was organized by the course GEN223, which is one of the many undergraduate courses offered by the Office of General Education.

For this event, students in the course used their problem-solving and flexibility skills to help people in case they passed out. Students learned how to do Basic Life Support (BLS) in case a patient has a cardiac arrest (his heart stops beating) to increase his chance of survival. This demonstration was done with the help of a team from Bangkok Emergency Medical Centre (Erawan Centre).
