4 April 2019 – On the celebration and occasion of Songkran Ceremony, also known as the traditional Thai New Year, School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) organised a Buddha bathing ritual and a water blessing ceremony to ask senior lecturers of SoLA for their blessings. This activity was held to conserve Thai tradition and culture, pay respect, and express gratitude to the senior lecturers who have devoted themselves to SoLA. Also, the activity was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep, Dean of SoLA, and participated by Asst. Prof. Wannee Jaiborisoot, Lect. Sombat Kingkarnchanawong, Lect. Nantana Pichaipattanasophon, Lect. Kulawadee Yamkate, Asst. Prof. Chada Kongchan, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Riruengrong Ratanavilaisakul to give blessings to personnel and students of SoLA. Moreover, there was an award presentation to the personnel and the students of SoLA who built a reputation for SoLA.
