เมื่อวันที่ 29 เมษายน ถึง 3 พฤษภาคม 2567 ศูนย์พัฒนาสมรรถนะสากล (GCDC) คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. ได้จัดงาน GCDC FUN FEST 2024: สร้างสรรค์ สร้างฝัน สู่ความยั่งยืน (Creative Collective: From Creativity and Innovation to Sustainable Entrepreneurship) ขึ้น ณ บริเวณ ชั้น 1 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดย ผศ.ดร.ณัตจิรี จาตุรพิทักษ์กุล รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาสมรรถนะสากล คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การดำเนินงาน และรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุวิทย์ แซ่เตีย อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี กล่าวเปิดงาน และร่วมกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยน พูดคุย ในหัวข้อ สร้างสรรค์ (อย่างไร?) สู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ยั่งยืน ร่วมกับ ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. ผศ.สุชาดา ไชยสวัสดิ์ รักษาการผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การจัดการด้านพลังงานสิ่งแวดล้อม ความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัย (EESH) ร่วมกับตัวแทนจากชุมชน และนักศึกษา มจธ.
การจัดงาน GCDC FUN FEST 2024: สร้างสรรค์ สร้างฝัน สู่ความยั่งยืน ครั้งนี้ ได้รับความร่วมมือจากกลุ่มวิชาภาษา กลุ่มวิชาสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ และสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป รวมถึง หน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยฯ ได้แก่ ศูนย์การจัดการด้านพลังงานสิ่งแวดล้อมฯ (EESH), สำนักงานกิจการต่างประเทศ (IA), ศูนย์การศึกษาต่อเนื่อง สำนักวิจัยและบริการ, กลุ่มงานช่วยเหลือทางการเงินแก่นักศึกษา มาร่วมจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบต่างๆ อาทิ การจัดนิทรรศการผลงานการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา, กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้, Talk Around, GURU TALK, Workshop, การแสดงดนตรีของเด็กพิเศษ, GCDC Voice Contest การแสดงความสามารถด้านศิลปะการแสดง และดนตรีของนักศึกษา มจธ. การออกบูธกิจกรรม, ตลาดขายสินค้าของนักศึกษา บุคลากร และชุมชน เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เรียนรู้แนวคิด มุมมองการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ เข้าใจเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs) และตระหนักรู้เรื่องความเท่าเทียมในสังคม นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นการสร้างพื้นที่ให้นักศึกษาได้แสดงออกถึงความสามารถอย่างสร้างสรรรค์ และมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อน มจธ. ไปสู่การเป็น The Sustainable Entrepreneurial University ต่อไป
การจัดกิจกรรม GCDC FUN FEST 2024 ได้รับความสนใจจากนักศึกษา บุคลากร ชุมชน และบุคคลทั่วไปเข้าร่วมงาน จำนวนมากกว่า 1,000 คน และกิจกรรมนี้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดกิจกรรมเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 25 ปี แห่งการก่อตั้งคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. อีกด้วย
From April 29 to May 3, 2024, Global Competence Development Centre (GCDC), School of Liberal Arts, KMUTT hosted “GCDC FUNT FEST 2024” on the first floor of the School of Liberal Arts building. Asst. Prof. Dr. Natjiree Jaturapitakkul read the event objectives, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Sae Tia, the president of KMUTT, declared the event open while also participating as an invited guest in a sharing session on “how to become a sustainable entrepreneur”. Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, and Asst. Prof. Suchada Chaisawadi, Acting Director of the Energy Environment Safety and Health Centre, as well as representatives from the KMUTT community and one KMUTT student, attended the sharing session as invited guests.
The “GCDC FUN FEST 2024” event received strong support from both within and outside the School of Liberal Arts. The Language Studies Group, the Social Sciences and Humanities Groups, and the Office of General Education were among the major internal contributors. The Energy Environment Safety and Health Centre (EESH), International Affairs Office (IA), Continuing Education Center (CEC), and Student Financial Aid Unit provided additional support. The “GCDC FUN FEST 2024” featured a variety of activities, including a student exhibition showcasing their learning outcomes, “GURU TALK” sessions, and musical performances by both special needs children and KMUTT students. Additional highlights included the GCDC Voice Contest and a variety of performing arts presentations. These activities were designed to foster creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deeper understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They also aimed to promote equality and provide a platform for students to express their creativity and actively contribute to KMUTT’s vision of becoming a “Sustainable Entrepreneurial University.”
Over 1,000 people attended the “GCDC FUN FEST 2024,” which included KMUTT staff, students, and other interested guests. This event was part of a series of celebrations marking the School of Liberal Arts’ 25th anniversary.
