โครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการออกแบบแผนที่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะ(Competence map)และพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการศึกษาโครงสร้างหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ฉบับปรับปรุง ปีการศึกษา 2568
สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้จัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มุ่งพัฒนาผลการเรียนรู้ตามสมรรถนะของวิชาชีพ(Competency) คือ การจัดการศึกษาแบบมุ่งผลลัพธ์ (Outcome-based Education: OBE) ซึ่งหน่วยงานได้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี โดยโครงสร้างฯ มีการออกแบบวิธีการเรียนการสอน แบ่งออก เป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มหน่วยการเรียนรู้บังคับ (GEC) ที่กำหนดให้นักศึกษาทุกหลักสูตรต้องเรียน และ กลุ่มหน่วยการเรียนรู้เลือก (GES) ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเรียนควบคู่กับวิชาในหลักสูตรของตนเอง ดังนั้น การบูรณาการสมรรถนะพื้นฐานหลักเข้ากับทักษะวิชาชีพ ที่จะนำไปสอนสอดแทรกในหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาต่างๆ ในแต่ละปีการศึกษา ต้องจัดทำเป็นแผนที่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะ(Competences map)และพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการศึกษาหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป
จึงได้จัด “โครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการออกแบบแผนที่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะ(Competence map) และพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการศึกษาโครงสร้างหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ฉบับปรับปรุง ปีการศึกษา 2568 ในวันจันทร์ที่ 31 มีนาคม – วันอังคารที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 ณ ขวัญนคร สปอร์ต การ์เด้น รีสอร์ท อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก โดยได้เชิญท่าน ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ และ ดร.พรเลิศ อาภานุทัต ที่ปรึกษาสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ให้คำแนะนำและร่วมหารือวางแผนเพื่อออกแบบแผนที่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะ กระบวนการจัดการศึกษาตามสมรรถนะของหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป โดยใช้แนวคิดการเรียนรู้ แบบ Modular system และ Outcome-Based Education

Workshop on Designing a Competence Map and Developing the Educational Management Process for the Revised General Education Curriculum, Academic Year 2025
The Office of General Education, School of Liberal Arts, has been providing general education courses with a focus on developing learning outcomes aligned with professional competencies (Competency), using an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach. The office has revised the structure of the general education curriculum at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. The revised curriculum is designed with two groups of instructional components: General Education Core (GEC): mandatory learning units required for students in all programs, and General Education Selective (GES): elective learning units that complement the students’ major fields of study. Therefore, to integrate core competencies with professional skills into the curricula of various academic programs each academic year, it is necessary to develop a Competence Map and enhance the educational management process of the general education curriculum.
In response, the office is organizing the “Workshop on Designing a Competence Map and Developing the Educational Management Process for the Revised General Education Curriculum, Academic Year 2025” from Monday, March 31 to Tuesday, April 1, 2025,
at Khwan Nakhon Sport Garden Resort, Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province. Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep and Dr. Pornlert Arpanutud, advisors to the General Education Office, have been invited to provide recommendations and participate in discussions to plan the design of the competence map and the competency-based educational management process of the general education curriculum, using the Modular System and Outcome-Based Education frameworks.
