From May 6–9, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Sonthida Keyurawong, Ajarn Rachanee Dersingh, and Mr. Khoi Tan Minh Vuong had the pleasure of running an interactive workshop on Exploratory Action Research (EAR) at Chiangkhamwitthayakhom School in Phayao.
We were joined by 35 energetic teachers from various subjects—including English, Chinese, Japanese and Science—who really got involved in the hands-on activities and reflective discussions. Their enthusiasm made the sessions lively and rewarding for everyone.
Big thanks to Dr. Songkran Boonmee, the school’s forward-thinking director, for supporting this initiative and seeing the value of classroom research. We are also grateful to Khun Kru Pichaya Yasadayan and her fantastic team for their thoughtful planning and warm welcome—it all ran so smoothly. Thanks to them!
We are excited to share that the teachers found EAR really useful and practical. Several mentioned how it helped them avoid jumping to conclusions about classroom challenges. Many of them are keen to keep going with this approach, and we’re looking forward to seeing at least half of them in our next online EAR training sessions in 2025.
ระหว่างวันที่ 6–9 พฤษภาคม 2568 รศ. สนธิดา เกยูรวงศ์, อาจารย์รัชนี เดอร์ซิงห์ และคุณค่อย ตั๋น มินห์ เวือง ได้รับเชิญให้จัดเวิร์กช็อปเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ Exploratory Action Research (EAR) ณ โรงเรียนเชียงคำวิทยาคม จังหวัดพะเยา
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีครูผู้สอนกว่า 35 คนจากหลากหลายสาขาวิชา เช่น ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาจีน ภาษาญี่ปุ่น และวิทยาศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมอย่างกระตือรือร้น ทั้งในกิจกรรมลงมือปฏิบัติจริงและการสะท้อนคิดร่วมกัน ทำให้บรรยากาศอบรมมีชีวิตชีวาและเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณค่า

เรารู้สึกยินดีมากที่คุณครูหลายท่านเห็นว่าแนวทาง EAR มีประโยชน์และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงในห้องเรียน หลายคนบอกว่าแนวทางนี้ช่วยให้พวกเขาไม่ด่วนสรุปถึงปัญหาในชั้นเรียน และสนใจที่จะพัฒนาต่อเนื่องไปในอนาคต ครึ่งนึงของคุณครูกลุ่มนี้จะเข้าร่วมในการอบรม EAR ออนไลน์ในปี 2568 ด้วย
