โครงการกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาใหม่ในสาขาวิชาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร โดยเป็นหลักสูตรภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี และบริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน)

ตามที่สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป คณะศิลปศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม ได้ร่วมมือกับบริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้ร่วมมือกันเพื่อพัฒนาและออกแบบหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต  สาขาวิชาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (Food Industry Management) โดยเป็นหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี ทั้งนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 08.30 – 14.30 น. ได้มีกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาใหม่ ณ บริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมออกเป็น 3 ช่วง  ดังนี้

 

ช่วงที่ 1 กิจกรรมละลายพฤติกรรมของนักศึกษา เพื่อสร้างความคุ้นเคยระหว่างผู้สอนกับนักศึกษา การทำแบบประเมินจรณทักษะ (Soft-Skills Test) และการแนะนำ Learning Platform (LEB2) หลังจากนั้นกล่าวต้อนรับและให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษาใหม่ โดย รศ. ดร.สุวิทย์ แซ่เตีย อธิการบดี, ผศ. ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ ที่ปรึกษาอธิการบดี และผศ. ดร.ภาณุทัต บุญประมุข รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ รวมทั้งคณบดีจาก 3 คณะ ได้แก่ ผศ. ดร.ณัตจิรี จาตุรพิทักษ์กุล คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์, รศ. ดร.ตุลา จูฑะรสก คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และรศ. ดร.ทวีศักดิ์ กฤษเจริญ คณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม ร่วมกล่าวต้อนรับและให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษา

ช่วงที่ 2 กิจกรรมการแนะนำอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาชั้นปี และทีมอาจารย์ผู้สอน พร้อมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น การตอบคำถาม หรือข้อสงสัยต่าง ๆ แก่นักศึกษา

และช่วงสุดท้ายก่อนปิดกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศ คุณไกรศิลา กานนท์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ และคุณวรรณชร ไชยเดช นักพัฒนาการศึกษา ดำเนินการให้นักศึกษาได้ทำแบบวัดความฉลาดรู้ทางดิจิทัล เพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเรียนการสอนของนักศึกษาในหลักสูตร

Orientation Program for New Students in the Food Industry Management Program

This program is part of a collaborative bachelor’s degree curriculum between King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and Chotiwat Manufacturing Public Company Limited.

The Office of General Education, School of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Science, and Graduate School of Management and Innovation have collaborated with Chotiwat Manufacturing Public Company Limited to develop and design the Bachelor of Arts and Science in Food Industry Management program.

As part of this collaboration, an orientation activity for new students was held on 7 August 2025 from 08.30–14.30 hrs at Chotiwat Manufacturing Public Company Limited. The event was divided into three sessions as follows:

Session 1:
Ice-breaking activities to help students and instructors get to know each other, a Soft Skills Test, and an introduction to the Learning Platform (LEB2). This was followed by warm welcome speeches from:

• Prof. Dr. Suvit Saetia, President
• Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep, Advisor to the President
• Prof. Dr. Panuthat Boonpramuk, Vice President for Educational and Learning Development
  Also joining to welcome the students were:
• Prof. Dr. Natjiree Jaturapitakkul, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts
• Prof. Dr. Tula Jutarosaga, Dean of the Faculty of Science
• Prof. Dr. Taweesak Kritjaroen, Dean of the Graduate School of Management and Innovation

Session 2:
Introduction of academic advisors and the teaching team, along with opportunities for students to share opinions, ask questions, and get answers.

Final Session:
Before concluding the program, Mr. Kraisila Kanont, Assistant Dean for Educational and Learning Development, and Ms. Wannachorn Chaidet, Educational Developer, led students through a Digital Literacy Test to prepare them for their studies in the program.
