เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2568 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ได้จัดกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready 2025 เรื่อง “Step into the Spotlight: ฝึกสัมภาษณ์งานจริง เสริมทักษะสู่โลกทำงาน” เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ทดลองสัมภาษณ์งานกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมในบรรยากาศที่ใกล้เคียงสถานการณ์จริง กิจกรรมนี้มุ่งพัฒนาความมั่นใจของนักศึกษาในการนำเสนอศักยภาพของตนเอง พร้อมทั้งได้รับข้อเสนอแนะเชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อนำไปต่อยอดและปรับปรุงทักษะการสื่อสารและความพร้อมสู่ตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลจากหลายองค์กร ได้แก่ บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน)บริษัท กรุงเทพพลาสติก แอนด์ ซัพพลาย จำกัด บริษัท บีพีเอส กรุงเทพ จำกัด บริษัท วินด์ชิลล์ จำกัด และบริษัท เจพี เนลสัน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด รวมถึงอาจารย์จากสายวิชาภาษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี มาร่วมทำการสัมภาษณ์และให้ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงวิชาชีพแก่นักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้ฝึกทักษะการสัมภาษณ์งานในสถานการณ์เสมือนจริง พร้อมได้รับคำแนะนำรายบุคคล จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและอาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เพื่อช่วยให้นักศึกษามองเห็นจุดแข็ง จุดที่ต้องพัฒนา และเข้าใจวิธีนำเสนอคุณสมบัติของตนเองอย่างมืออาชีพตามที่องค์กรต้องการ
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการให้คำแนะนำด้านทัศนคติและการเตรียมตัวเชิงลึก เพื่อให้นักศึกษารู้จักวิเคราะห์ตัวเอง วางเป้าหมายการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ และสื่อสารเหตุผลในการสมัครงานได้อย่างมั่นใจ ช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมในการตอบคำถามสำคัญระหว่างการสัมภาษณ์งานในสถานการณ์จริง
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งส่วนสำคัญของโครงการ Future Ready 2025 ที่มุ่งพัฒนาความพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงานของนักศึกษา ทั้งด้านทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างความเชื่อมั่น ผ่านประสบการณ์การสัมภาษณ์งานที่ใกล้เคียงของจริงมากที่สุด และคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสายอาชีพ
On Monday, 10 November 2025, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, organized an activity under the Future Ready 2025 initiative entitled “Step into the Spotlight: Mock Interviews for Career Readiness.” The event provided students with the opportunity to participate in simulated job interviews conducted by industry professionals in an environment closely resembling real-life interview settings. The activity aimed to enhance students’ confidence in presenting their competencies while receiving constructive feedback to further refine their communication skills and prepare them for a successful transition into the job market.
The activity was honored by the participation of senior human resource professionals from several organizations, including IRPC Public Company Limited, Bangkok Plastic & Supply Co., Ltd., BPS Bangkok Co., Ltd., WindChill Co., Ltd., and JP Nelson (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Faculty members from the Language Studies of the School of Liberal Arts also served as interviewers, offering professional guidance and valuable feedback to the students who took part in the activity.
Throughout the program, students engaged in realistic mock interview sessions and received individualized feedback from industry experts and experienced faculty members. This process enabled students to identify their strengths, recognize areas for improvement, and gain a clearer understanding of how to present their qualifications professionally and effectively in line with employers’ expectations.
In addition, the event provided guidance on mindset development and in-depth preparation strategies, supporting students in analyzing their career goals, articulating their motivations with clarity, and responding confidently to key interview questions in real-world scenarios.
This activity represents a significant component of the Future Ready 2025 initiative, reaffirming the School’s commitment to equipping students with essential employability skills—including communication, presentation, and professional confidence—through authentic interview experiences and insights from experts across various industries.
