Future Ready เดินหน้ากิจกรรมที่ 2 “HR Talk ถอดรหัส HR: เปิดมุมมองการทำงานยุคใหม่” เตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาสู่โลกการทำงานจริง
เมื่อวันที่ 7 กันยายน 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี จัดกิจกรรม “HR Talk ถอดรหัส HR: เปิดมุมมองการทำงานยุคใหม่” ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่ 2 ภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready: เตรียมพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงานจริง ประจำภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2569 โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจโลกการทำงานผ่านมุมมองของผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล พร้อมเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้มีประสบการณ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลจากหลากหลายองค์กร จำนวน 4 ท่าน ได้แก่ คุณกานดา สุภาวศิน Group Senior Director, Corporate People Services บริษัท เบญจจินดา โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด คุณศิวาพร ไชยคำวัง ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคลอาวุโส บริษัท แทนเจอรีน จำกัด คุณรวิพันธ์ พานิชเจริญ Vice President, Talent Acquisition Team Lead ธนาคารยูโอบี ประเทศไทย และ คุณเก้า พรมมีเดช HR Business Partner Manager บริษัท ยูไนเต็ด อินฟอร์เมชั่น ไฮเวย์ จำกัด ซึ่งคุณเก้ายังรับหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดำเนินการเสวนาในครั้งนี้อีกด้วย
การเสวนาครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน ตั้งแต่มุมมองของ HR ต่อผู้สมัครงานและบัณฑิตจบใหม่ กระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร ทักษะและคุณลักษณะที่องค์กรให้ความสำคัญ ตลอดจนการเตรียมตัวและการปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกการทำงานยุคใหม่ นอกจากนี้ การมีวิทยากรจากบทบาทด้าน HR ที่แตกต่างกัน ยังช่วยเปิดมุมมองให้นักศึกษาเห็นถึงความหลากหลายของงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและความต้องการขององค์กรจากหลายมิติ
กิจกรรม HR Talk ยังเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงของผู้ที่ทำงานด้าน HR และทำความเข้าใจว่า การเตรียมพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงการมีความรู้เฉพาะสาขาหรือการเตรียมเอกสารสมัครงานเท่านั้น แต่ยังครอบคลุมถึงการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การปรับตัว วิธีคิด ทัศนคติ และความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งล้วนเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของการทำงานในปัจจุบัน
จากกิจกรรมแรก Career Talk ที่ชวนนักศึกษาเปิดมุมมองและมองเห็นความเป็นไปได้ของเส้นทางอาชีพที่หลากหลาย กิจกรรม HR Talk ในครั้งนี้ได้ต่อยอดให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจโลกการทำงานผ่านมุมมองของ HR และองค์กรได้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ก่อนก้าวต่อไปสู่กิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready ที่จะช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้ เตรียมพร้อมและลงมือพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการสมัครงานและการเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริงต่อไป
On 7 September 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), organized “HR Talk: Decoding HR – Exploring Perspectives on the Modern Workplace,” the second activity under the Future Ready: Preparing Students for the World of Work program for the first semester of Academic Year 2026. The activity aimed to provide students with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the workplace through the perspectives of human resources professionals and to prepare themselves for their future transition into the job market.
The event featured four experienced HR professionals from different organizations: Khun Kanda Supawasin, Group Senior Director, Corporate People Services, Benchachinda Holding Co., Ltd.; Khun Siwaporn Chaikamwang, Senior HR Manager, Tangerine Co., Ltd.; Khun Rawipan Panichcharoen, Vice President, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, UOB Thailand; and Khun Kao Prommeedech, HR Business Partner Manager, United Information Highway Co., Ltd. Mr. Kao also served as the moderator for the panel discussion.
The discussion covered key aspects of preparing for the world of work, including HR perspectives on job applicants and new graduates, recruitment and selection processes, the skills and qualities valued by employers, and ways students can prepare and adapt to the changing demands of the modern workplace. With the speakers representing different HR roles, the session also provided students with insights into the diversity of the HR profession and organizational expectations from multiple perspectives.
The HR Talk also provided students with an opportunity to learn from the real-world experiences of HR professionals and to recognize that preparing for the workplace involves more than acquiring discipline-specific knowledge or preparing job application documents. It also requires the development of communication and teamwork skills, adaptability, ways of thinking, positive attitudes, and a readiness for continuous learning—all of which are essential for today’s workplace.
Building on the first Career Talk, which encouraged students to broaden their perspectives and explore diverse career possibilities, the HR Talk took the next step by helping students better understand the workplace through the perspectives of HR professionals and employers. The activity laid the groundwork for subsequent activities under the Future Ready program, which will provide students with opportunities to prepare, take action, and develop essential skills for job applications and their future transition into the world of work.
