คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. จัดกิจกรรม Future Ready “CV Lab: เขียนอย่างไรให้ได้งาน” เสริมทักษะการเขียน Resume สู่โลกการทำงาน
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 21 กันยายน 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) จัดกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready ในหัวข้อ “CV Lab: เขียนอย่างไรให้ได้งาน” ณ ห้อง SoLA 404 ชั้น 4 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษามีความรู้และทักษะในการจัดทำ CV/Resume อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถนำเสนอศักยภาพของตนเองให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของโลกการทำงานในปัจจุบัน
กิจกรรมได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.มงคลไชย เทียนสุดีนนท์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและวารสารวิชาการ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ เป็นวิทยากร โดยถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดทำ Resume ตั้งแต่ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Resume และ Curriculum Vitae (CV) โครงสร้างและองค์ประกอบสำคัญของ Resume ตลอดจนแนวทางการเขียน Resume ให้สามารถนำเสนอจุดเด่น ประสบการณ์ และทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่งงานได้อย่างชัดเจน โดยเอกสารประกอบกิจกรรมเน้นประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ Resume Anatomy, Writing a Winning Resume, Resume Analysis และ AI-Assisting Tools
ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการเลือกและนำเสนอข้อมูลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับ Resume รวมถึงการเขียน Profile Summary การเน้นคำสำคัญ (keywords) และการจำแนกทักษะที่ควรนำเสนอใน Resume เช่น Soft Skills, Hard Skills และ Technical Skills เพื่อให้ผู้สมัครสามารถสื่อสารความสามารถของตนเองได้อย่างตรงประเด็นและเหมาะสมกับบริบทของงาน
นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษายังได้เรียนรู้การวิเคราะห์ Resume จากตัวอย่างจริงและฝึกพิจารณาจุดที่ควรปรับปรุง ทั้งด้านเนื้อหา การใช้ภาษา และการนำเสนอข้อมูล เพื่อให้ Resume มีความชัดเจน กระชับ และสะท้อนความสามารถของผู้สมัครได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการเรียนรู้แนวทางการใช้ AI เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยวิเคราะห์และพัฒนา Resume อย่างเหมาะสม
กิจกรรม Future Ready เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ในการส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการเรียนและการทำงาน โดยมุ่งเชื่อมโยงความรู้จากห้องเรียนเข้ากับทักษะที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริง เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมในการนำเสนอศักยภาพของตนเองและก้าวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานในอนาคตอย่างมั่นใจ
KMUTT School of Liberal Arts Organizes Future Ready “CV Lab: How to Write a CV that Gets You Hired”
On Monday, September 21, 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized an activity under the Future Ready Project entitled “CV Lab: How to Write a CV that Gets You Hired.” The session was held at SoLA 404, School of Liberal Arts, with the aim of equipping students with practical knowledge and skills for preparing effective CVs and resumes and presenting their qualifications in ways that respond to the demands of today’s workplace.
The session featured Dr. Mongkolchai Tiansoodeenon, Assistant to the Dean for Research and Academic Journals, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, as the guest speaker. He shared practical knowledge and professional insights into effective resume writing, covering the fundamentals of resumes and curricula vitae (CVs), key resume components, and strategies for presenting relevant experiences, achievements, and skills clearly and effectively. The session covered four major areas: Resume Anatomy, Writing a Winning Resume, Resume Analysis, and AI-Assisting Tools.
Throughout the session, students explored how to select and present relevant information in a resume, including strategies for writing an effective profile summary and highlighting relevant keywords. They also learned about different types of skills that can be presented in a resume, including soft skills, hard skills, and technical skills, and how these skill sets contribute to overall professional capability.
Students also engaged in resume analysis using sample resumes, allowing them to identify areas for improvement in content, language, organization, and presentation. In addition, the session introduced ways of using AI-assisted tools to support the analysis and improvement of resume content, helping students develop clearer and more targeted application documents.
The Future Ready Project reflects the School of Liberal Arts’ commitment to preparing students with practical skills for their future careers. By connecting academic learning with real-world career preparation, the project provides students with opportunities to develop the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills needed to effectively present their potential and transition into the world of work.
