เมื่อวันที่ 17-18 สิงหาคม 2567 ที่ผ่านมา สำนักงานกิจการต่างประเทศ ร่วมกับคณะศิลปศาสตร์ได้จัดกิจกรรมทัศนศึกษาด้านวัฒนธรรม “Cultural Trip Camp 2024” ณ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ซึ่งมีนักศึกษาไทยและต่างชาติของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรีเข้าร่วมจำนวน 40 คน กิจกรรมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษให้กับนักศึกษาไทย และเพิ่มความมั่นใจในการสื่อสารกับเพื่อนชาวต่างชาติ
การทัศนศึกษาในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารผ่านกิจกรรมและการฝึกปฏิบัติในชีวิตจริง โดยนักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสสร้างมิตรภาพกับเพื่อนต่างชาติและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นซึ่งกันและกัน นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นโอกาสให้นักศึกษาชาวต่างชาติได้เรียนรู้และเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลายของประเทศไทยมากยิ่งขึ้น
On August 17-18, 2024, the International Affairs Office (IA), in collaboration with the School of Liberal Arts (SoLA), organized a cultural trip, “Cultural Trip Camp 2024,” in Phetchaburi Province. This event was attended by 40 Thai and international students from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. This activity aimed to enhance Thai students’ English communication skills and increase their confidence in interacting with international peers.
The trip focused on improving communication skills through different activities and hands-on experiences. Students had the chance to make friends with international peers and share their ideas with each other. It also gave international students a chance to learn more about and understand Thailand’s diverse culture.
