Future Ready เปิดฉากกิจกรรม Career Talk “รุ่นพี่เล่าเรื่องงาน: จากบางมดสู่เส้นทางในฝัน” เปิดมุมมองเส้นทางอาชีพ เตรียมพร้อมนักศึกษาสู่โลกการทำงานจริง
เมื่อวันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี จัดกิจกรรม Career Talk “รุ่นพี่เล่าเรื่องงาน: จากบางมดสู่เส้นทางในฝัน” ณ ห้อง Auditorium ชั้น 3 อาคาร Learning Exchange (LX) ระหว่างเวลา 13.30–16.30 น. กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นกิจกรรมแรกภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready: เตรียมพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงานจริง ประจำภาคการศึกษาที่1/2569 ซึ่งมุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน ผ่านการเปิดมุมมองด้านอาชีพ การพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็น และการเรียนรู้จากผู้มีประสบการณ์ในโลกการทำงานจริง
กิจกรรม Career Talk จัดขึ้นโดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้าง Career Awareness (การตระหนักรู้และเปิดมุมมองเกี่ยวกับเส้นทางอาชีพ) ให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นความหลากหลายของเส้นทางอาชีพ และตระหนักว่าเส้นทางหลังสำเร็จการศึกษาไม่จำเป็นต้องจำกัดอยู่เฉพาะสาขาวิชาที่เรียน หรือดำเนินไปเป็นเส้นตรงตามแผนที่วางไว้เสมอ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้มีประสบการณ์จากหลากหลายสายงาน ได้แก่ คุณจิระศักดิ์ ประจักษ์วินัยบดี กรรมการบริหาร บริษัท เอเชีย เมเนจเมนต์ แอนด์ ดีไซน์ จำกัด คุณลาวัลย์ สุ่มประดิษฐ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท เส้นฝัน จำกัด และ คุณรวิพันธ์ พานิชเจริญ Vice President, Talent Acquisition Team Lead ธนาคารยูโอบี ประเทศไทย
กิจกรรมดำเนินในรูปแบบ การเสวนาและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ โดยวิทยากรได้ถ่ายทอดเส้นทางการเรียนและการทำงานของตนเอง ตั้งแต่จุดเริ่มต้น การตัดสินใจสำคัญ จุดเปลี่ยน รวมถึงประสบการณ์ที่หล่อหลอมให้ก้าวมาสู่บทบาทในปัจจุบัน การเสวนายังเปิดประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการทำงานตรงและไม่ตรงสาย การค้นหาความสนใจของตนเอง การปรับตัวเมื่อเส้นทางอาชีพไม่เป็นไปตามแผน ตลอดจนทักษะและคุณลักษณะที่มีความสำคัญต่อการทำงานในปัจจุบัน
อีกหนึ่งประเด็นสำคัญของกิจกรรม คือการชวนนักศึกษามองโลกการทำงานจากมุมของผู้มีประสบการณ์จริง ทั้งในฐานะผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพ ผู้บริหาร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร ทำให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นว่า นอกเหนือจากความรู้เฉพาะสาขาแล้ว การสื่อสาร การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การปรับตัว การแก้ปัญหา และความพร้อมในการเรียนรู้ ล้วนเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน
ช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรมเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ร่วมถาม–ตอบกับวิทยากร และรับฟังคำแนะนำจากประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาได้กลับไปทบทวนความสนใจ จุดแข็ง และความเป็นไปได้ในเส้นทางอาชีพของตนเอง กิจกรรม Career Talk จึงนับเป็น จุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญของการเดินทางในโครงการ Future Ready ก่อนต่อยอดไปสู่กิจกรรมด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมในการสมัครงานและการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพในลำดับต่อไป
On 24 August 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), organized the Career Talk at the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Learning Exchange (LX) Building from 1.30 to 4.30 p.m. The event marked the first activity of the Future Ready: Preparing Students for the World of Work program for the first semester of Academic Year 2026. The program aims to enhance students’ potential and prepare them for their transition into the workplace through career exploration, essential skill development, and learning from experienced professionals.
The Career Talk was designed to build students’ career awareness by exposing them to diverse career possibilities and helping them recognize that life after graduation does not necessarily have to be limited to the field in which they studied. Career journeys may also take unexpected turns rather than following a single predetermined path.
The event featured three speakers with diverse professional experiences: Khun Jirasak Prajakwinaibodi, Executive Board Member of Asia Management & Design Co., Ltd.; Khun Lawan Sumpra-dit , Managing Director of Senfun Co., Ltd.; and Khun Rawipan Panichcharoen, Vice President, Talent Acquisition Team Lead at UOB Thailand.
Conducted in a panel talk and experience-sharing format, the session invited the speakers to reflect on their journeys from university life to their current professional roles. They shared experiences related to their career beginnings, important decisions, turning points, and lessons that have shaped their professional development. The discussion also explored issues such as working within or outside one’s field of study, discovering personal interests, adapting when career plans do not unfold as expected, and developing skills and qualities that are important in today’s workplace.
Another key aspect of the session was the opportunity for students to understand the world of work through several professional perspectives, including those of practitioners, business leaders, and a talent acquisition professional. The discussion highlighted that, in addition to discipline-specific knowledge, competencies such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and willingness to learn play an important role in preparing for professional life.
The event concluded with a student Q&A session, providing participants with an opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and seek advice based on real-world experience. Through these discussions, students were encouraged to reflect on their own interests, strengths, and future career possibilities. As the first step in the Future Ready journey, the Career Talk laid a foundation for subsequent activities focusing on career preparation, job application skills, and professional development.
