เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 29 มกราคม 2567 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. นำโดย ผศ.ดร.เสาวลักษณ์ เทพสุริวงศ์ รักษาการคณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์และรองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและประกันคุณภาพ และผศ.ดร.ณัตจิรี จาตุรพิทักษ์กุล รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาสมรรถนะสากล ต้อนรับตัวแทนจาก World Language Center มหาวิทยาลัย Soka จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น 2 ท่าน ในการนี้ ได้มีการนำเสนอข้อมูลของคณะฯ แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และเจรจาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ร่วมกันและหารือเรื่องการจัดส่งนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของ Soka university มาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมระยะสั้น ที่คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. ในรูปแบบแนวคิดการสร้างคุณค่าและการร่วมมือในการเรียนรู้ (value creation and collaborative-based learning) โดยนักศึกษากลุ่มแรกจะมาในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2568 นอกจากนี้ยังมีการเจรจาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการด้านอื่นๆที่ครอบคลุมความร่วมมือทางด้านบัณฑิตศึกษา และกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ในระดับปริญญาตรีอีกด้วย
On Monday, January 29, 2024, the School of Liberal Arts, Kmutt, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Saowalak Thepsuriwong, Acting Dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Natjiree Chaturapitakkul, Associate Dean for Global Competence Development, welcomed representatives from the World Language Center of Soka University in Japan. This meeting featured a faculty presentation, an exchange of ideas, and academic collaboration negotiations, including the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Discussions also involved the arrangement of short-term exchange programs for undergraduate students from Soka University, focusing on language and cultural exchange. The first group of students is expected to arrive in February 2025. Furthermore, discussions focused on postgraduate education and other academic activities, as well as improving undergraduate cooperation.
