เมื่อวันที่ 3 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2568 สภาคณาจารย์และพนักงาน ได้จัดกิจกรรม “Sit & Sip กับอธิการบดี (ระยะที่ 2)” ณ ห้องประชุมประภา ประจักษ์ศุภนิติ (AD-907) ชั้น 9 สำนักงานอธิการบดี โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุวิทย์ แซ่เตีย อธิการบดี มจธ. ให้เกียรติร่วมพูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนคณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดยมี ผศ.ดร.กิตติศักดิ์ชัย แนมจันทร์ ประธานสภาคณาจารย์ฯ เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนได้รับฟังแนวทางการบริหารและพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งสามารถสะท้อนมุมมองและข้อเสนอแนะจากการปฏิบัติงานจริง รวมถึงได้มีโอกาสสอบถามประเด็นสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัยต่อไป
On March 3, 2025, the Faculty and Staff Council organized the “Sit & Sip with the President (Phase 2)” event at Prapa Prajaksupaniti Meeting Room (AD-907), 9th Floor, Office of the President. The event was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Suvit Saetia, President of KMUTT, who engaged in discussions and exchanged views with support staff from the School of Liberal Arts. The session was moderated by Assistant Professor Dr Kittisakchai Naemchan, Chair of the Faculty and Staff Council.
This initiative aimed to provide an opportunity for support staff to gain insights into the university’s administration and development strategies. Additionally, it served as a platform for staff to share their perspectives, offer feedback based on their work experiences, and raise key concerns regarding process improvements, personnel development, and strategies to align the university’s operations with its long-term goals.
