เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 16 มีนาคม 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ได้จัดกิจกรรมภายใต้ โครงการ Future Ready ในหัวข้อ “CV Lab: เขียนอย่างไรให้ได้งาน” เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาในการสร้าง CV/Resume ที่มีคุณภาพและสามารถตอบโจทย์ความต้องการขององค์กรในตลาดแรงงานยุคปัจจุบัน ซึ่งมีการแข่งขันสูงและต้องการผู้สมัครที่สามารถนำเสนอศักยภาพของตนเองได้อย่างชัดเจนและเป็นมืออาชีพ
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.หทัยชนก โกมินทรชาติ หัวหน้าสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อธุรกิจนานาชาติ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอัสสัมชัญ มาเป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และแบ่งปันประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ เทคนิคการเขียน CV ที่โดดเด่นและดึงดูดความสนใจของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR) พร้อมแนะนำแนวทางการจัดโครงสร้างเนื้อหา การนำเสนอประสบการณ์และทักษะให้สอดคล้องกับตำแหน่งงาน รวมถึงการใช้ เครื่องมือ AI เป็นผู้ช่วยในการวิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และพัฒนาข้อมูลใน CV ให้มีความชัดเจน น่าสนใจ และเหมาะสมกับองค์กรเป้าหมาย ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ทั้ง แนวคิดเชิงโครงสร้างของการเขียน CV เทคนิคการนำเสนอข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนได้มีโอกาส ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ในการปรับปรุง CV ของตนเอง พร้อมรับคำแนะนำจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญอย่างใกล้ชิด
กิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready จึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งเวทีสำคัญที่ช่วยเสริมสร้าง ทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการสมัครงานในโลกการทำงานยุคใหม่ ช่วยให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมและความมั่นใจมากยิ่งขึ้นในการก้าวสู่เส้นทางอาชีพอย่างมืออาชีพในอนาคต
On Monday, March 16, 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized an activity under the Future Ready Project titled “CV Lab: How to Write a CV that Gets You Hired.” The session aimed to prepare students to create high-quality CVs and resumes that effectively meet the expectations of today’s competitive job market and enable them to present their qualifications in a clear and professional manner.
The activity was honored to welcome Dr. Hathaichanok Komintarachat, Chairperson of English for International Business at Theodore Maria School of Arts, Assumption University, as the guest speaker. She shared valuable knowledge and practical techniques on writing an outstanding CV that captures the attention of HR professionals, including strategies for structuring content, presenting experiences and skills effectively, and aligning a CV with the requirements of specific job positions. She also introduced ways to use AI tools as assistants in analyzing, refining, and improving CV content so that it becomes clearer, more engaging, and better tailored to the expectations of potential employers. During the session, participating students gained insights into the structural principles of CV writing and effective presentation techniques. They also had the opportunity to engage in hands-on practice by revising and improving their own CVs while receiving constructive feedback and guidance from the expert speaker.
The Future Ready Project therefore serves as another valuable initiative that helps students develop essential career preparation skills, empowering them with greater confidence as they move forward toward their professional careers in the future.
