สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มจธ. จัดกิจกรรม Hands-on Learning พัฒนาผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมอาหารมืออาชีพ
มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) โดยสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ร่วมกับ บริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) จัดกิจกรรม Hands-on Learning เพื่อพัฒนาผู้นำมืออาชีพในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารยุคใหม่ ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้นำมืออาชีพอุตสาหกรรมอาหารยุคใหม่ กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 8 – 17 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยมีผู้เรียนในโครงการฯ เข้าร่วมจำนวน 9 คน
กิจกรรมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียนในหลากหลายมิติ ได้แก่ วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร การจัดการและภาวะผู้นำ ความยั่งยืน และการสื่อสารในบริบทธุรกิจสากล โดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้จากการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง (Hands-on Learning) ควบคู่กับการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรง ผ่านการใช้โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและความรู้จากคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญของมหาวิทยาลัย
เมื่อวันที่ 8 มิถุนายน 2569 ผู้เรียนได้เข้ารับการต้อนรับจากผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ ณ ห้องประชุม SoLA 404 อาคารคณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดยมี ผศ.ดร.ณัตจิรี จาตุรพิทักษ์กุล คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์, รศ.ดร.ตุลา จูฑะรสก คณบดีคณะวิทยาศาสตร์, รศ.ดร.ทวีศักดิ์ กฤษเจริญ คณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม, และ ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ ที่ปรึกษาอธิการบดี ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ผู้เรียนได้รับฟังคำกล่าวต้อนรับและอวยพร ก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสันทนาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการวางแผนและการทำงานเป็นทีม
หลังจากนั้น ผู้เรียนได้เยี่ยมชมอาคารคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และห้องปฏิบัติการต่างๆ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ได้แนะนำเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์เบื้องต้น ซึ่งผู้เรียนจะได้ใช้ห้องปฏิบัติการเหล่านี้ในระหว่างกิจกรรมอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ ผู้เรียนยังได้เข้าร่วม Workshop การอบรมพัฒนาทักษะภายในของมนุษย์ เพื่อตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยมีคุณธนากร กมลเปรมปิยะกุล เป็นวิทยากร ณ อาคารบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม (GMI) เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะภายในอย่างยั่งยืน
KMUTT General Education Office Organizes Hands-on Learning Program to Develop Professional Leaders in the Food Industry
The General Education Office of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), in collaboration with Chotiwat Manufacturing Public Company Limited, organized a Hands-on Learning program to foster professional leadership in the modern food industry under the Professional Competency Development Program for Modern Food Industry Leaders. The program is being held from 8–17 June 2026, with nine participants joining the initiative.
The program aims to enhance participants’ competencies across multiple dimensions, including food science and technology, management and leadership, sustainability, and communication in international business contexts. Through a Hands-on Learning approach, participants engage in experiential learning supported by the university’s facilities and expertise from faculty members.
On 8 June 2026, participants were officially welcomed by university executives and faculty members at SoLA 404, School of Liberal Arts. The welcoming team included Asst. Prof. Dr. Natjiree Jaturapitakkul, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tula Chutarosak, Dean of the Faculty of Science; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Taweesak Kritcharoen, Dean of the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI); and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasithorn Suwanthep, Advisor to the President. Participants received welcoming remarks and best wishes before joining interactive activities designed to strengthen planning and teamwork skills.
Following the welcoming session, participants toured the Faculty of Science building and laboratory facilities, where staff members introduced key scientific instruments and equipment that participants will utilize throughout the program. In addition, participants attended a workshop on developing inner human skills to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), delivered by Mr. Thanakorn Kamolprempiyakul at the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), aiming to promote sustainable personal development.
