คณะศิลปศาสตร์ จัดกิจกรรม “SoLA Refresh Café ภายใต้กิจกรรม Listening Session เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้บุคลากรได้พบปะ พูดคุย และร่วมแบ่งปันความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการสื่อสาร การมีส่วนร่วม และความผูกพันกับคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ในบรรยากาศสบาย ๆ เป็นกันเอง โดยกิจกรรมจัดขึ้นสำหรับ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ในวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2569 และ บุคลากรสายวิชาการ ในวันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ ห้อง SoLA 404 ชั้น 4 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดยมีคณบดี คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ผศ.ดร.ณัตจิรี จาตุรพิทักษ์กุล ดำเนินกิจกรรม เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นและแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองกับบุคลากรอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมสะท้อนความคิดเห็นในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ผ่านกิจกรรมบน Padlet เช่น สิ่งที่คณะดำเนินการได้ดี สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง ตลอดจนแนวคิดและข้อเสนอแนะที่จะช่วยพัฒนา SoLA ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
บรรยากาศภายในงานเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง พร้อมเครื่องดื่มและอาหารว่างในรูปแบบ Café ที่ช่วยสร้างพื้นที่สำหรับการพูดคุยอย่างผ่อนคลาย โดยมุ่งหวังให้ทุกเสียงของบุคลากรเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการร่วม “Shape SoLA Together” และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาการสื่อสารและการสร้างความผูกพันภายในองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง
School of Liberal Arts Hosts “SoLA Refresh Café” Listening Sessions to Encourage Open Dialogue and Staff Engagement
The School of Liberal Arts organized “SoLA Refresh Café” as part of its Listening Session initiative, creating a welcoming space for staff to connect, exchange ideas, and share their perspectives on communication, participation, and engagement within the School.
Two sessions were held at SoLA 404 on the 4th floor of the School of Liberal Arts. The session for support staff took place on 7 August 2026, followed by a session for academic staff on 10 August 2026.
The sessions were led by Assistant Professor Dr. Natcharee Jaturapitakkul, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, who engaged directly with staff and listened to their views and experiences. Through interactive activities on Padlet, participants reflected on what the School is doing well, areas that could be improved, and ideas that could help make SoLA an even better place to work.
Throughout the sessions, staff were encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas in an open and friendly atmosphere. Drinks and refreshments added to the relaxed café setting, making it easier for participants to connect and engage in meaningful conversations. Under the theme “Shape SoLA Together,” the sessions emphasized the importance of every voice in shaping the School’s future. The feedback and ideas gathered will help strengthen communication, encourage staff participation, and foster a greater sense of belonging within the SoLA community.
