สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ได้รับจัดสรรงบประมาณจากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมให้จัดทำหลักสูตรประเภทประกาศนียบัตร(Non Degree) โครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่และกำลังคนที่มีสมรรถนะเพื่อตอบโจทย์ภาคการผลิตตามนโยบายการปฏิรูปการอุดมศึกษาไทย ปี พ.ศ. 2567 ในลักษณะแบบมีการร่วมลงทุน ทั้งนี้กลุ่มผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตรได้เสนอแนะให้มีการรขยายผล การดำเนินโครงการไปสู่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเรียนการสอนในระดับอาจารย์ผู้สอน โดยมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชา/หน่วยเรียนรู้ของตนเองเป็นหลัก ดังนั้นทางคณะทำงานจึงได้จัดทำหลักสูตรการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาจารย์ให้มีสมรรถนะด้านออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนและสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา(Thailand Professional Standard Framework)เพื่อให้อาจารย์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาสามารถออกแบบกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาภายใต้แนวคิด OBE สามารถนำไปสู่การสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างหลักสูตรกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการยกระดับความสามารถ
จึงได้มีการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหลักสูตรการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาจารย์ให้มีสมรรถนะด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนและสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตามมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา(Thailand PSF) รุ่นที่ 2 (สิงหาคม – ตุลาคม 2567) เมื่อวันที่ 23-24 สิงหาคม 2567 ณ โรงแรม Eastin Grand Sathorn ห้องสุรศักดิ์ 1 ชั้น 11 ซึ่งกิจกรรมภายในงาน 2 วัน แบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบ

1.รับฟังการบรรยาย สาระสำคัญของกรอบการพัฒนาคุณภาพอาจารย์เพื่อส่งเสริมการบรรลุผลลัพธ์ การเรียนรู้ตามมาตรฐานวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ.2566 และ แนวคิดการจัดการศึกษาแบบมุ่งผลลัพธ์ (Outcome-base Education)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง LLO-CLO-PLO การ Mapping CLO กับหลักสูตร” โดย รศ.ดร.บัณฑิต ทิพากร ประธานอนุกรรมการบริหารโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ฯ และการบรรยายการใช้หลักฐานการเรียนรู้ ในการประเมินผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้(Evidence of Learning) วิธีการอ่านผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ในตัวนักศึกษา

- การบรรยายการออกแบบกลยุทธ์การเรียนการสอนและสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้(Learning Strategy & Learning Environment) การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ตลอดจนการแนะนำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์(Experiential Learning)
- การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ (Sharing) พร้อมพบปะโค้ชประจำกลุ่ม และสุดท้ายนี้ ก่อนปิดการอบรม เชิงปฏิบัติการได้มีการเปิดโอกาสให้มีการตอบคำถามและข้อสงสัย แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม
The Office of General Education has received budget allocation from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation to create a certificate-based (Non-Degree) curriculum project aimed at producing a new generation of graduates and a skilled workforce aligned with the needs of the manufacturing sector, in accordance with the Thai Higher Education Reform Policy 2024, through a joint investment approach. In response to recommendations from course participants, the project has been expanded to focus on developing teaching and learning competencies at the educator level. The primary objective is to enhance teachers’ abilities in instructional design within their specific subjects or learning units.
Consequently, the working group has developed a course aimed at equipping teachers with the skills necessary to design effective teaching and learning processes and to support learning according to the Thailand Professional Standard Framework (PSF). This will enable higher education faculty to design educational processes under the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, fostering the creation of networks between curriculum and stakeholders to elevate teaching competencies.
A workshop titled “Developing Teachers’ Competencies in Instructional Design and Learning Support According to Higher Education Qualification Standards (THAILAND PSF), Batch 2” will be held from August to October 2024. The first session took place on August 23-24, 2024, at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn, Surasak Room 1, 11th floor. The two-day event was organized as follows:
Day 1: Friday, August 23, 2024
- Lecture: “The Essence of the Teacher Quality Development Framework to Promote Learning Achievement According to the 2023 Higher Education Qualification Standards and the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Concept: The Relationship Between LLO, CLO, and PLO, and Mapping CLO and Curriculum,” presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bundit Thipakorn, Chairman of the Subcommittee for the New Graduate Production Project. Additionally, there will be a lecture on “Using Learning Evidence in Evaluating Learning Outcomes (Evidence of Learning)” and methods for interpreting student learning outcomes.
- Practical Session: Participants will engage in curriculum design activities and collaborative sharing.
Day 2: Saturday, August 24, 2024
- Lecture: “Designing Teaching Strategies and Learning Environments (Learning Strategy & Learning Environment) and the Integration of Technology in Teaching and Learning,” including an introduction to experiential learning activities.
Knowledge Exchange: Participants will share insights and meet with their group coach. The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session, providing an opportunity for participants to address any remaining questions or concerns
