เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 4 มิถุนายน 2567 – คณะศิลปศาสตร์ได้จัดการประชุมบุคลากรประจำปี พ.ศ. 2567 ณ โรงแรมแม่น้ำ รามาดาพลาซา กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งเป็นการรวมตัวของบุคลากรคณะศิลปศาสตร์ที่ได้มาร่วมกันภายใต้หัวข้อการประชุม “คณะศิลปศาสตร์กับโอกาสและความท้าทายสู่ปีที่ 25” เพื่อพิจารณาแนวทางในการพัฒนาคณะศิลปศาสตร์ไปสู่อนาคต.
การประชุมนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ที่ได้กล่าวเปิดงานและนำเสนอนโยบายรวมถึงแนวทางการดำเนินงานของคณะในอนาคต โดยมีการชี้แจงถึงความเคลื่อนไหวและการพัฒนาที่คณะฯ ได้ดำเนินการมาตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา.
ทั้งนี้ยังได้เชิญ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สันติ เจริญพรพัฒนา รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนและยุทธศาสตร์ ดร.วรรณา เต็มสิริพจน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ และนางสาวอัมพิกา เกตุกราย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานยุทธศาสตร์มาให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโอกาสและความท้าทายด้านแผนและงบประมาณ ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้คณะศิลปศาสตร์เตรียมพร้อมและปรับตัวเพื่อรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทายในอนาคต.
นอกจากนี้ ในการประชุมยังได้มีการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านบุคลากรคณะศิลปศาสตร์ให้กับบุคลากรในคณะ เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการทำงานและการเติบโตของบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทุกๆ ด้าน ทั้งนี้การประชุมได้สร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเปิดมุมมองใหม่ ๆ ให้แก่บุคลากรในคณะศิลปศาสตร์ เพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่ 25 ของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ด้วยความเข้มแข็งและพร้อมรับมือกับทุกสถานการณ์.
On Tuesday, June 4, 2024, the School of Liberal Arts held the 2024 staff seminar at the Ramada Plaza Menam Hotel in Bangkok. This event brought together personnel from the School of Liberal Arts under the theme “Faculty of Liberal Arts: Opportunities and Challenges into the 25th Year” to discuss strategies for future development.
Assistant Professor Dr. Sasithorn Suwannathep, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, opened the seminar. She presented policies and guidelines for the future operations of the Faculty, outlining recent movements and developments.
The seminar also featured insights from Assistant Professor Dr. Santi Charoenphonphatthana, Vice President for Planning and Strategy; Dr. Wanna Temsiripot, Assistant to the President for Strategy Implementation; and Ms. Amphika Ketkrai, Director of the Strategy Office. They provided valuable knowledge on opportunities and challenges related to planning and budgeting that are crucial for the Faculty’s preparation and adaptation to future changes.
Additionally, the seminar focused on enhancing the capabilities and continuous growth of the Faculty’s personnel, inspiring them with new perspectives. As the Faculty of Liberal Arts approaches its 25th year, the seminar aimed to equip its staff with the strength and readiness to tackle future challenges.
