เมื่อวันที่ 29–30 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ.2568 ชมรมมดตะวันตก มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ได้จัดงานมดตะวันตกสัมพันธ์ ครั้งที่ 1 Candle in the winter ณ ภูผาผึ้งรีสอร์ท อ.สวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีศิษย์เก่าจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.)
ทั้งในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันตกและภูมิภาคอื่น ๆ เข้าร่วมงานอย่างคับคั่ง
ในโอกาสนี้ ผศ.ดร.เสาวลักษณ์ เทพสุริวงศ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหาร ดร.สุรัตน์ เพชรนิล ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาความยั่งยืน และ นางสาวกุลกานต์ สุทธิดารา ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์กร ของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรและนำเสนอผลงานของคณะ
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นในหมู่ศิษย์เก่า ส่งเสริมการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัย และเผยแพร่ภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ.
ให้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวาง
ทั้งนี้ ยังเป็นการขอบคุณ มูลนิธิเพื่อการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ที่ได้สนับสนุนเงินทุนในโครงการพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษ ให้กับนักศึกษา มจธ. และศิษย์เก่าที่ได้สมทบทุนให้กับคณะดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนต่าง ๆ
On 29–30 November 2025, the Western Ants Alumni Club of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized the 1st Western Ants Reunion: “Candle in the Winter” at Phu Pha Phueng Resort, Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province. The event was warmly attended by KMUTT alumni from both the western region and other parts of the country.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Saowaluck Tepsuriwong, Associate Dean for Administration; Dr. Surat Petchnil, Assistant Dean for Sustainability Development; and Ms. Kullakan Suthidara, Assistant Dean for Corporate Communications of the School of Liberal Arts, participated in the event to promote the school’s academic programs and present its key initiatives.
The event aimed to serve as a platform for strengthening relationships among alumni, encouraging their support for university activities, and enhancing the public image of the School of Liberal Arts, KMUTT.
In addition, the event expressed gratitude to the KMUTT Development Foundation for its financial support of English development initiatives for KMUTT students, as well as to the alumni who contributed funds to support various community development projects undertaken by the School of Liberal Arts.
