สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) ร่วมกับหน่วยพัฒนาและบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (ETS) ได้จัดกิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลงานและพิธีปิด “หลักสูตรการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้มีสมรรถนะด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลัก Constructive Alignment โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบรู้สร้าง (Gen-AI)” ให้แก่คณะครูจากโรงเรียนวัดพุทธบูชา และโรงเรียนราชประชาสมาสัย ฝ่ายมัธยม รัชดาภิเษก ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ อย่างเป็นทางการ เมื่อวันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา
หลักสูตรนี้จัดขึ้นในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน – พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยใช้แนวคิดการจัดการศึกษาแบบ 20: 30: 50 (Self-paced Learning-Learning from others-Experiential Learning) ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นให้คุณครูที่เข้าร่วมได้นำเทคโนโลยี Gen-AI ไปใช้สนับสนุนการออกแบบกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาที่รับผิดชอบ ตามหลักการ Constructive Alignment เพื่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมการนำเสนอผลงานการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะครูผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างคุณครู ทีมโค้ช (Coach) และผู้สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ (Facilitator) เพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา โดยได้รับเกียรติจากนางสาวเอื้อมพร วอนยิน ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนวัดพุทธบูชา นายนรภัทร สิงห์นวล รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริหารวิชาการ โรงเรียนวัดพุทธบูชา เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ตลอดจนการหารือกับทีมผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรสำหรับวางแนวทางการในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินกิจกรรมร่วมกันในอนาคตต่อไป
ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ ที่ปรึกษาอธิการบดี มจธ. และผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร กล่าวสรุปผลการดำเนินงานหลักสูตรและมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่คุณครูที่สำเร็จและเข้าร่วมหลักสูตร และกล่าวปิดการดำเนินงานหลักสูตร การจัดหลักสูตรในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นความสำเร็จในการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์เข้ากับการออกแบบหลักสูตร เพื่อยกระดับสมรรถนะของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาไทยให้ก้าวทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัล
The Office of General Education, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), in collaboration with the Educational Technology Development and Integration Unit (ETS), organized the presentation event and closing ceremony of the “Professional Development Program on Designing Constructive Alignment-Based Instruction Using Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI)” for teachers from Wat Phutthabucha School and Rajaprachanukroh Ratchadapisek School (Secondary Division), under the Royal Patronage, on 26 November 2025.
This program was conducted from June to November 2025 and was designed based on the 20: 30: 50 educational framework (Self-paced Learning – Learning from Others – Experiential Learning). Its aim was to empower participating teachers to integrate Gen-AI technologies into the design of instructional processes in their respective subjects, following the principles of Constructive Alignment, to ensure the most effective learning outcomes.
The event featured presentations of instructional design projects by participating teachers, as well as collaborative knowledge-sharing activities among teachers, coaches, and facilitators. These activities aimed to foster a community of learning and continuous development. The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Auemporn Wonyin, Director of Wat Phutthabucha School, and Mr. Noraphat Singhnual, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at Wat Phutthabucha School, who joined the knowledge-sharing session and held discussions with the curriculum management team regarding future collaborative initiatives.
This program was honored to have Asst. Prof. Dr.Sasitorn Suwannathep, Advisor to the President of KMUTT and Program Director, deliver the curriculum summary, present certificates to participating teachers, and officially close the program.
The successful implementation of this program reflects KMUTT’s commitment to integrating artificial intelligence technologies into curriculum design, enhancing the competencies of Thai educators, and preparing them to meet the challenges of the digital era.
