Monday, 19 November 2018 – School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) organised a special seminar on “Systematic Thinking and Collaborative Working for Sustainable Organisation Development through EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence)” for SoLA personnel. Assoc. Prof. Usanee Kumprakob, Vice President (Academic Affairs and Organization Quality Development) of Chiang Mai University, was invited as a speaker to provide fundamental knowledge of EdPEx and build understanding of its implementation for actual operations. This special seminar also aimed to stimulate the personnel to realize the development of task management for better performance of SoLA.
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2561 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้จัดการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “คิดงานอย่างเป็นระบบ ทำงานอย่างเชื่อมโยง พัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืนด้วย EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence)” ให้แก่ผู้บุคลากรภายในคณะฯ ซึ่งคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้เรียนเชิญ รศ. อุษณีย์ คำประกอบ รองอธิการบดีวิชาการและพัฒนาคุณภาพองค์กร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มาบรรยายพิเศษ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ให้ความรู้พื้นฐานเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ และสร้างความเข้าใจแนวทางนำเกณฑ์คุณภาพฯ มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน อีกทั้งยังกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรมีความตระหนักในการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการในภารกิจต่าง ๆ ของคณะฯ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
