เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 29 กันยายน 2568 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ได้จัดกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready เรื่อง “Ready to Shine: เตรียมพร้อมสัมภาษณ์สู่ความสำเร็จ” เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาในการเข้าสู่การสัมภาษณ์สมัครงานและการศึกษาต่อ
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์นิชาพร ยอดมณี และอาจารย์วรวิธ เสนีชัย อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาภาษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. มาเป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคนิคที่สำคัญ ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์เจตนาของคำถามสัมภาษณ์ การเลือกใช้ถ้อยคำและท่าทีที่เหมาะสม ตลอดจนสิ่งที่ควรหลีกเลี่ยงเพื่อไม่ให้เสียโอกาสโดยไม่ตั้งใจ
นักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้รับทั้งความรู้เชิงทฤษฎีและคำแนะนำเชิงปฏิบัติจากวิทยากร พร้อมโอกาสฝึกตอบคำถามสัมภาษณ์และรับข้อเสนอแนะเฉพาะบุคคล กิจกรรมนี้ไม่เพียงช่วยเสริมทักษะสำคัญในการเตรียมตัวสมัครงาน แต่ยังสร้างความมั่นใจให้นักศึกษาได้ก้าวสู่โลกการทำงานอย่างมืออาชีพ
โครงการ Future Ready ในครั้งนี้จึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมที่ช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาตนเองอย่างรอบด้าน พร้อมก้าวไปสู่อนาคตที่เลือกได้อย่างมั่นใจ
On Monday, September 29, 2025, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, organized an activity under the Future Ready project titled “Ready to Shine: Preparing for Interview Success.” The event aimed to equip students with the necessary skills for job interviews and interview for further study.
The session was led by Ajarn Nichaphorn Yodmanee and Ajarn Woravit Seneechai, lecturers from the Department of Language Studies, School of Liberal Arts, KMUTT, as speakers. They shared essential knowledge and techniques, ranging from analyzing the intent behind interview questions, choosing appropriate wording and demeanor, to pointing out common pitfalls that could unintentionally reduce one’s chances of success.
Participating students gained both theoretical insights and practical guidance, including opportunities to practice responding to interview questions and receive personalized feedback. This activity not only enhanced students’ readiness for job applications but also built their confidence to step into the professional world.
The Future Ready project thus served as another valuable initiative that enabled students to develop holistically and move forward toward their chosen future with confidence.
