เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 27 เมษายน 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) จัดกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready ในหัวข้อ “Ready to Shine – เตรียมพร้อมสัมภาษณ์งานแบบมืออาชีพ” ณ ห้อง SoLA 404 ชั้น 4 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาความพร้อมของนักศึกษาให้สามารถก้าวสู่กระบวนการคัดเลือกงานได้อย่างมั่นใจและมีประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้บริบทการแข่งขันในตลาดแรงงานที่ต้องการทั้งทักษะ ความสามารถ และภาพลักษณ์ความเป็นมืออาชีพควบคู่กัน
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณวรณัฎฐ์สรา ยานารมย์ Entrepreneur / Business Owner – Bangkok Founder, Beauty & Wellness และปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ไดมอนด์ โปรเกรส จำกัด เป็นวิทยากรในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ ในการบรรยายวิทยากรได้สะท้อนมุมมองในฐานะ “ผู้คัดเลือกบุคลากร” และ “ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจ” พร้อมยกตัวอย่างสถานการณ์จริงจากกระบวนการสัมภาษณ์งาน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจว่าองค์กรพิจารณาปัจจัยใดบ้างเพื่อตัดสินใจรับเข้าทำงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเตรียมตัวก่อนสัมภาษณ์ เทคนิคการตอบคำถาม การเชื่อมโยงประสบการณ์ของตนเองกับตำแหน่งงาน การเขียนเรซูเม่ให้สอดคล้องกับคุณสมบัติที่องค์กรต้องการ ตลอดจนการสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์และบุคลิกภาพให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของแต่ละองค์กร
บรรยากาศการเรียนรู้เป็นรูปแบบเชิงปฏิบัติ เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกวิเคราะห์คำถามสัมภาษณ์ ทดลองเรียบเรียงคำตอบ และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองร่วมกัน ทำให้นักศึกษาไม่ได้เพียงรับฟังเนื้อหาเชิงทฤษฎี แต่ได้รับแนวทางที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในการสมัครงาน
โครงการ Future Ready จึงทำหน้าที่เป็นเวทีพัฒนาศักยภาพที่เชื่อมโยงการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนกับโลกการทำงานจริง เสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสาร ความมั่นใจ และความเข้าใจความคาดหวังขององค์กร อันเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การทำงานอย่างมีคุณภาพในอนาคต
On Monday, 27 April 2026, the School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), organized a Future Ready activity titled “Ready to Shine – Professional Job Interview Preparation” at SoLA 404, 4th Floor, School of Liberal Arts. The activity aimed to enhance students’ readiness to confidently and effectively succeed in the recruitment process in today’s competitive job market, where skills and professional image are equally important.
The session featured Khun Woranatsara Yanarom, Entrepreneur and Business Owner, Founder of a Bangkok-based beauty and wellness business, and currently Managing Director of Diamond Progress Co., Ltd., as the guest speaker. Drawing on her experience as both a recruiter and a business owner, she shared real-life insights from the hiring process to help students understand the key factors organizations consider in recruitment decisions. The session covered interview preparation, effective response strategies, aligning personal experiences with job requirements, writing targeted résumés, and presenting a professional image appropriate to different workplace contexts.
The activity adopted a practice-oriented approach, enabling students to analyze interview questions, draft responses, and exchange perspectives. Participants gained practical strategies that can be directly applied to job applications.
The Future Ready Project serves as a platform that connects classroom learning with the professional world, strengthening students’ communication skills, confidence, and understanding of organizational expectations—essential foundations for successful career development.
