โครงการ “การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง การเตรียมความพร้อมอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากลุ่มกิจกรรม เพื่อให้เข้าใจและรู้วิธีการรับมือช่องว่างระหว่างวัย (Generation Gap) ของอาจารย์กับนักศึกษายุคปัจจุบัน”
เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2567 สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้จัดโครงการการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง การเตรียมความพร้อมอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากลุ่มกิจกรรม เพื่อให้เข้าใจและรู้วิธีการรับมือช่องว่างระหว่างวัย (Generation Gap) ของอาจารย์กับนักศึกษายุคปัจจุบัน ที่ห้องส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้สู่สังคมแห่งปัญญา ชั้น 3 สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี มีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่ประจำกลุ่มรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป และผู้รับผิดชอบรายวิชาบังคับเลือกของหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป จำนวน 50 คน กิจกรรมในโครงการแบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง
ช่วงที่ 1 อาจารย์ปาณเลิศ ศิริวงศ์ รองหัวหน้าสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป บรรยายเรื่องแนวคิด OBE การจัดการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ ตลอดจนการวัดและประเมินผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน จากนั้น ต่อด้วยการบรรยายเรื่องวิธีการรับมือช่องว่างระหว่างวัย(Generation Gap) ของอาจารย์กับนักศึกษา ยุคปัจจุบันโดยวิทยากร 2 ท่าน จากสถาบัน Psycholism ได้แก่ คุณฉัตรดนัย ศรชัย นักจิตวิทยา และคุณภรัณยู เกียรติรัศมี นักกระบวนกร มาบรรยายหัวข้อด้านปัญหาการสื่อสารที่มีช่องว่างระหว่างวัย ปิดท้ายด้วยอาจารย์สุพรรษา ประสงค์สุข หัวหน้าสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป สรุปการเรียนรู้จากการฝึกอบรม และชี้แจงข้อปฏิบัติของการสอนในหมวดวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป

Project: “Workshop on Preparation of Activity Group Advisors to Understand and Address the Generation Gap between Teachers and Students Today.”
On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Office of General Education, School of Liberal Arts, organized a workshop titled “Preparation of Activity Group Advisors to Understand and Address the Generation Gap between Teachers and Students Today.” The event was held at the Learning Support Room for an Intellectual Society, 3rd floor, Library, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Participants included 50 teachers from the general education subject group, responsible for compulsory elective courses in the general education category. The workshop was divided into two sessions.
The first session was led by Teacher Mr. Panalert Sirivongse, Deputy Head of the Office of General Education, who gave a lecture on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), a new form of teaching and learning, and the measurement and evaluation of student learning outcomes. This was followed by a lecture on coping with the generation gap between teachers and students by two speakers from the Institute of Psychology: Mr. Chatdanai Sornchai, psychologist, and Mr. Paranyu Kiattirasamee, facilitator, who discussed communication problems across different age groups. The sessionsconcluded with Teacher Supansa Prasongsuk, Head of the General Education Office, summarizing the learning from the training and clarifying teaching practices in general education subjects.
