ด้วยบริษัทมีความประสงค์จะร่วมมือกับ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนางานวิจัยและการจัดการศึกษาที่เชื่อมโยงกับการทำงานจริง โดยคณะศิลปศาสตร์, คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และหน่วยงานบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม ได้ร่วมกันพัฒนาหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาการจัด การอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร(Food Industry Management) ในรูปแบบ Non-Degree แบบ Credit Bearing ผ่านการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสาน ได้แก่ การเรียน Onsite (ที่บริษัทฯ และ มจธ.) Hybrid Learning และ Experiential Learning ซึ่งโครงการนี้จะเริ่มในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2568
ในการนี้ คณะผู้พัฒนาหลักสูตรจาก มจธ. จึงได้มีการลงพื้นที่ ระหว่างวันที่ 19-20 พฤษภาคม 2568 โดยมีกิจกรรมลงพื้นที่ ดังนี้
วันจันทร์ที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2568 ร่วมประชุมเตรียมความพร้อมและความร่วมมือด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนร่วมกัน ณ บริษัทโชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม 15 ท่าน และในวันอังคารที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2568 เข้าร่วมประชุมหลักสูตร ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสงขลา จากนั้นเดินทางต่อเพื่อเข้าสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยประมงติณสูลานนท์ ณ วิทยาลัยประมงติณสูลานนท์ ซึ่งเป็นคู่ความร่วมมือในการผลิตกำลังคนให้บริษัทโชติวัฒน์ในระดับ ปวส. เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลในการเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับผู้เรียนในหลักสูตรต่อไป

On-Site Visit and Preparatory Meetings for the Food Industry Management Program between King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi and Chotiwat Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Chotiwat Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has expressed its intention to collaborate with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), which has extensive experience in research development and education that integrates real-world application. The School of Liberal Arts, the Faculty of Science, and the Graduate School of Management and Innovation have jointly developed a Non-Degree Credit-Bearing Program in Food Industry Management, delivered through a blended format that includes onsite learning (at both the company and KMUTT), hybrid learning, and experiential learning. This program is scheduled to launch in Semester 1/2025.
To prepare for this initiative, the curriculum development team from KMUTT conducted an on-site visit during 19–20 May 2025. On Monday, 19 May 2025, a preparatory meeting and discussion on collaborative teaching and learning management were held at Chotiwat Manufacturing Co., Ltd., with 15 participants in attendance. On Tuesday, 20 May 2025, the team attended a curriculum meeting at Songkhla Rajabhat University, followed by a visit to Tinsulanonda Fisheries College to interview the college’s administrators. As a key partner in supplying vocational-level (Diploma) graduates to Chotiwat, the college provided valuable insights to support the preparation of students for the upcoming program.
