สายวิชาภาษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) จัดกิจกรรม “ถอดรหัส HR: เปิดมุมมองการทำงานยุคใหม่” ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ Future Ready: เตรียมพร้อมสู่อนาคต ประจำภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เวลา 13.30 – 16.30 น. ณ ห้อง SoLA404 ชั้น 4 คณะศิลปศาสตร์
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลระดับแนวหน้าของเมืองไทยร่วมบรรยายและถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ ได้แก่ ดร.รุจิรา เดชสุภา (Group Senior Director, Corporate People Service & Admin จาก Benchachinda Group), คุณรวิพันธ์ พานิชเจริญ (Vice President, Talent Acquisition Team Lead จาก ธนาคาร UOB ประเทศไทย) และ คุณเก้า พรมมีเดช (HR Business Partner Manager จาก Benchachinda Group) เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 ก้าวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
เนื้อหาสำคัญของการจัดกิจกรรมมุ่งเน้นไปที่การวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดแรงงานในปัจจุบัน และการเจาะลึกบทบาทของ HR ในฐานะผู้อ่านและคัดเลือกใบสมัคร (CV) โดยเปิดมุมมองจากฝั่งผู้ตัดสินใจว่าทักษะและคุณสมบัติแบบใดที่องค์กรต้องการอย่างแท้จริง รวมถึงการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและแนะแนวทางในการวางแผนเส้นทางอาชีพ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาสามารถเตรียมความพร้อมและปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต
บรรยากาศภายในงานเป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่นและสร้างสรรค์ นักศึกษาได้รับความรู้และข้อคิดที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการเตรียมตัวสมัครงาน พร้อมทั้งมีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับวิทยากรโดยตรง ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้ถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการส่งเสริมให้บัณฑิตของ มจธ. มีความพร้อมทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และทัศนคติ เพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานยุคใหม่ได้อย่างมั่นใจ
SoLA KMUTT Hosts “Decoding HR: Perspectives on the Modern Workplace” Under the Future Ready Project, Featuring HR Leaders from Top Corporations
Language Studies, School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), recently hosted a special session titled “Decoding HR: Perspectives on the Modern Workplace.” This event, part of the “Future Ready: Preparing for the Future” project for the second semester of the 2025 academic year, took place on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Room SoLA404, School of Liberal Arts.
The event featured a distinguished panel of industry experts, including Dr. Rujira Dejsupa (Group Senior Director, Corporate People Service & Admin, Benchachinda Group), Mr. Raviphan Panichcharoen (Vice President, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, UOB Thailand), and Mr. Kao Prommeedech (HR Business Partner Manager, Benchachinda Group). These seasoned HR professionals shared their expertise to help 3rd and 4th-year students prepare for a successful entry into the professional world.
The discussion focused on analyzing current labor market trends and providing an inside look into the recruitment process. Students gained valuable insights from the HR perspective on what makes a CV stand out, the essential skills organizations prioritize today, and the criteria used to identify the “right fit” for a role. Additionally, the speakers offered inspiration and guidance on career planning, empowering students to adapt and align their skills with global market demands.
The atmosphere was engaging and productive, with students actively participating in discussions and exchanging ideas with the experts. This initiative reflects SoLA KMUTT’s dedication to developing graduates equipped with the right mindset and professional readiness to excel in the competitive modern workplace.
