เมื่อวันที่ 21–22 พฤศจิกายน 2568 มจธ. จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การวิเคราะห์ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของหลักสูตร (Stakeholder Needs Analysis)” ณ โรงแรมคลาสสิค คามิโอ อยุธยา ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนากรอบหลักสูตรสำหรับการผลิตบุคลากรวิชาชีพและสาขาจำเพาะของมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่ม 5 ตามแนวคิด Competency-based Education ระยะที่ 2 โดยมีคณาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัยกลุ่ม 5 จำนวน 37 คน จาก 9 มหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การดำเนินกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. บัณฑิต ทิพากร ประธานคณะอนุกรรมการเฉพาะกิจโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ฯ ร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ “ทิศทางกำลังคนโลกและการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการศึกษา” เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับทราบข้อมูลและแนวโน้มที่สำคัญ นอกจากนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากคุณเสกสรรค์ เลิศรัตนาพร รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อกำลังคนยุคใหม่: จากมุมมองภาคอุตสาหกรรม (ระดับ Higher Education)
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้ เพื่อต้องการให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้วิเคราะห์ความต้องการผู้ส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของหลักสูตรที่รับผิดชอบได้อย่างครอบคลุมและเหมาะสม โดยมีกระบวนการสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) การระบุและจัดกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียตามแนวคิด Power & Impact 2) การกำหนดวิธีการและเครื่องมือสำหรับรวบรวมความต้องการจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 3) การวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ความต้องการผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และ 4) การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ ที่ปรึกษาอธิการบดี และหัวหน้าโครงการ และอาจารย์ปาณเลิศ ศิริวงศ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. ทำหน้าที่เป็นวิทยากรหลักร่วมกับโค้ชพี่เลี้ยงและผู้สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ประจำกลุ่ม (Coaches & Facilitators) ประกอบด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ภาณุทัต บุญประมุข รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ชเนนทร์ มั่นคง ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. กฤติกา ตันประเสริฐ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันการเรียนรู้ และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. กวินพัฒน์ สิริกานติโสภณ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาหลักสูตร มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์
การอบรมครั้งนี้เป็นก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ตั้งอยู่บนข้อมูลจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอย่างแท้จริง อันจะนำไปสู่หลักสูตรคุณภาพสูงที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน และสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจ “Reinventing University” ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษากลุ่ม 5 เพื่อพัฒนากำลังคนที่มีสมรรถนะสอดคล้องกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงและความท้าทายของประเทศในอนาคต
On 21–22 November 2025, KMUTT organized a workshop on “Stakeholder Needs Analysis” at Classic Kameo Hotel, Ayutthaya. The workshop was part of Phase 2 of the Framework Development Project for Professional and Specialized Workforce Production and Development under Higher Education Cluster 5, using the Competency-based Education (CBE) approach. A total of 37 faculty members from 9 universities in the cluster participated in the event.
The workshop was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Bundit Thipakorn, Chair of the Subcommittee on the New Breed Graduate Project, who delivered a keynote on “Global Workforce Trends and Educational Transformation.” Participants also gained insights from Mr. Seksan Lertattanaporn, Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer of Chotiwat Manufacturing Public Company Limited, who shared perspectives on “The Future Workforce: Industry Insights for Higher Education.”
The primary objective of the workshop was to equip participants with the ability to comprehensively analyze stakeholder needs for their respective curricula. The key processes included:
- Identifying and grouping stakeholders using the Power & Impact framework
2. Determining appropriate methods and tools for collecting stakeholder input
3. Analyzing and synthesizing stakeholder needs
4. Planning strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement
The workshop was facilitated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwanthep, Advisor to the President and Project Lead, and Ajarn Panalert Sirivongse, Associate Dean for Educational Development and Learning Innovation, School of Liberal Arts, KMUTT. They were supported by Coaches and Learning Facilitators, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Panuthat Boonpramuk, Vice President for Educational Development and Learning; Asst. Prof. Dr Chanen Munkong; Asst. Prof. Dr. Krittika Tanprasert, Director of the Institute for Learning; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kawinpat Sirikantison, Assistant President for Curriculum Development at Prince of Songkla University.
This workshop marks an important step toward curriculum design and development grounded in genuine stakeholder input. It lays the foundation for high-quality curricula that respond to labor market needs and advances the “Reinventing University” mission of Higher Education Cluster 5—strengthening workforce competencies to meet future national challenges.
