เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00-12.00 น. สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้จัดการประชุมวิพากษ์หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ซึ่งเป็นหลักสูตรความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะศิลปศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม และบริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยหลักสูตรนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างบัณฑิตแบบผสมผสานเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรมอย่างแท้จริง
การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีคุณภาพและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอก 3 ท่าน ได้แก่ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุวิมล กีรติพิบูล, ดร.โศรดา (ยืนยงพุทธกาล) วัลภา รองผู้ว่าการวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านอุตสาหกรรมชีวภาพ สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย และคุณเสกสรรค์ เลิศรัตนาพร รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรมการผลิต จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้งสามท่านได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะอันมีคุณค่าต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของทั้งภาคอุตสาหกรรมและภาคการศึกษา ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งในการยกระดับคุณภาพของหลักสูตรและผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพสู่ตลาดแรงงานต่อไป
School of Liberal Arts Holds Curriculum Review Meeting for the B.A. Program in Food Industry Management
On October 3, 2025, the Office of General Education, School of Liberal Arts, held a curriculum review meeting for the Bachelor of Arts Program in Food Industry Management, a collaborative program between the School of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Science, Graduate School of Management and Innovation, and Chotiwat Manufacturing Company Limited (Public Company Limited).
The meeting aimed to gather expert feedback to enhance the program’s quality and ensure it aligns with labor market demands. The School was honored to welcome three distinguished external experts:
