20 April 2020 – Research, Measurement, and Evaluation Division of the School of Liberal Arts (SoLA), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Richard Watson Todd, held an online talk via Zoom on “Research into SoLA Online Teaching” to promote research on learning management via online system since all educational institutes in Thailand and everywhere in the world have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. For the School of Liberal Arts (SoLA), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, all classes have been taught online for the first time, especially in the second half of semester 2/2019. Therefore, Research, Measurement, and Evaluation Division would like to encourage the academic personnel of SoLA to improve the efficiency of online courses and conduct research on these following topics:
- Teacher choices
- Student reactions
- Problems and solutions
- Student participation
- Teacher-student interaction
- Large-scale studies related to online teaching
Each research will be advised by proficient advisors and encouraged to be published in international journals. Research, Measurement, and Evaluation Division will also provide full support for the research process.
เมื่อวันที่ 20 เมษายน 2563 กลุ่มงานวิจัย การวัดและประเมินผล คณะศิลปศาสตร์ นำโดย Assoc. Prof. Dr. Richard Watson Todd ได้จัดการเสวนาออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ Zoom เรื่อง “Research into SoLA Online Teaching” โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนางานวิจัยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบออนไลน์ สืบเนื่องมาจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัส COVID 19 ในประเทศไทยและทั่วโลก ได้ส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถาบันการศึกษาทุกแห่ง สำหรับคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ได้มีการปรับรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนมาเป็นแบบออนไลน์ครั้งแรก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในครึ่งหลังของภาคการศึกษา 2/2562 ด้วยเหตุนี้เพื่อเป็นการหาแนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบออนไลน์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น กลุ่มงานวิจัยฯ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ จึงส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรสายวิชาการของคณะฯ พัฒนางานวิจัยในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ ดังหัวข้อต่อไปนี้

ทั้งนี้ ในแต่ละหัวข้อวิจัยได้กำหนดให้มีอาจารย์ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญทำหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษา นอกจากนี้ยังส่งเสริมให้มีการเผยแพร่งานวิจัยในวารสารวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ โดยกลุ่มงานวิจัยฯ จะคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่
