เมื่อวันที่ 26-28 พฤษภาคม 2568 หลักสูตร ป.โท สังคมศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ร่วมกับสำนักงานวิจัย นวัตกรรม และพันธมิตร มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ หลักสูตร “Social Impact Innovators: พัฒนาแนวทางการประเมินผลกระทบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ” รุ่นที่ 1 ภายใต้โครงการเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ “การสร้างกำลังคนและองค์ความรู้ด้านการประเมินผลกระทบทางสังคม (Social Impact Assessment) และการประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคมจากการลงทุน (Social Return On Investment)” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมี อ.ดร.อิทธิศักดิ์ จิราภรณ์วารี (อ.อิฐ) เป็นหัวหน้าโครงการ โดยกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการทั้งหมด 50 คน ประกอบไปด้วยอาจารย์ นักวิจัย และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี
หลักสูตร “Social Impact Innovators” มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมสามารถอธิบาย ประเมิน และเขียนรายงานการประเมินผลกระทบทางสังคม และผลตอบแทนทางสังคมจากการลงทุนระดับโครงการภายใต้ความโปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ โดยแบ่งเป็นภาคทฤษฎี ที่ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรภายนอกร่วมบรรยาย ประกอบด้วย คุณอภิมุข วิชาสอน ส่วนกิจการเพื่อสังคม ฝ่ายสื่อสารองค์กร บริษัท ปตท. น้ำมันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน) ดร.สร้อยฟ้า เสริฐแก้ว รศ.ดร.อดิศร์ อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา คณะพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจ สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ และคุณบุญฤทธิ์ พานิชเจริญ วิทยาลัยพัฒนศาสตร์ ป๋วย อึ๊งภากรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ภาคปฏิบัติ อ.ดร.อิทธิศักดิ์ จิราภรณ์วารี คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี และภาคสนาม 4 พื้นที่ ภายใต้โครงการเรียนรู้:
- พื้นที่บางมด: การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ผ่านการคิดและการออกแบบอย่างที่ส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนและครอบครัวในเขตทุ่งครุและเขตบางขุนเทียนเพื่อสร้างต้นแบบการเรียนรู้ร่วม
- พื้นที่บางขุนเทียน: การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและการออกแบบพัฒนาพื้นที่และนิเวศชายฝั่งเพื่อหาแนวทางอนาคตของพื้นที่ริมอ่าวไทย กทม. สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร สมุทรสงคราม (SAAN)
- พื้นที่ราชบุรี: การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของการใช้วัสดุเหลือใช้จากอุตสาหกรรมมะพร้าวเป็นเชื้อเพลิงชีวมวลในอุตสาหกรรมพลังงาน
- พื้นที่น่าน: ระบบน้ำเพื่อการเกษตร ชุมชนมละบริ แควยัน จ.น่าน
From May 26–28, 2025, the Master’s Program in Environmental Social Sciences, School of Liberal Arts, in collaboration with the Office of Research, Innovation, and Partnerships, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, organized a workshop entitled “Social Impact Innovators: Developing Effective Impact Assessment Approaches” (Cohort 1). This was held under the strategic project “Capacity and Knowledge Building in Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Social Return on Investment (SROI)” for the 2025 fiscal year. The project is led by Dr. Ittisak Jirapornvaree. The event brought together 50 participants, including lecturers, researchers, and support staff from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.
The “Social Impact Innovators” course aimed to equip participants with the ability to explain, assess, and write reports on social impact assessment and social return on investment at the project level, with a focus on transparency and accountability. The course was divided into theoretical and practical components:
- Theoretical Component: Featured guest speakers including:
- Mr. Apimuk Wichasorn, Social Enterprise Division, Corporate Communications Department, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (PTT OR)
- Dr. Soifa Soetkaew and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adit Isarangkul Na Ayutthaya, School of Development Economics, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA)
- Mr. Boonrit Panitcharoen, Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, Thammasat University
- Practical Component: Led by Dr. Dr. Ittisak Jirapornvaree, School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi
- Fieldwork Component: Conducted in four learning project areas:
- Bang Mod Area: Developing learning processes through participatory thinking and design involving youth and families in Thung Khru and Bang Khun Thian Districts to create a collaborative learning model
- Bang Khun Thian Area: Building research and collaboration networks to design and develop coastal areas and ecosystems for future planning along the Gulf of Thailand in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, and Samut Songkhram (SAAN)
- Ratchaburi Area: Studying the feasibility of using waste materials from the coconut industry as biomass fuel in the energy sector
- Nan Area: Water systems for agriculture in the Malabri community of Khwae Yan, Nan Province
