On 24 September 2019 and 30 September 2019, the Executive Board and the relevant staff of School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep, Dean of SoLA, and Mr. Warong Thavara, Assistant Dean for Student Competency Development and Internationisation, participated in study visits to SCB Academy at Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited and Human Resources Department of PTT Public Company Limited. These study visits aimed to explore concepts of designing and developing learning space. Also, they examined how to use ICT to prepare personnel development curriculum, enhance personnel’s potential, and promote lifelong learning. The experience gained from these study visits would be helpful to create the learning space and the personnel development plan of SoLA.
เมื่อวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2562 และ วันที่ 30 กันยายน 2562 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดยการนำของ ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ และอาจารย์วรงค์ ถาวระ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพและความเป็นสากล ได้นำทีมผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ SCB Academy ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) และฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลองค์กร บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ภายใต้ โครงการศึกษาดูงานด้านการพัฒนาพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ และการใช้ ICT ในการจัดทำหลักสูตรพัฒนาบุคลากร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดด้านการออกแบบ และการจัดการพื้นที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ (Learning Space) รวมถึงการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ และการออกแบบแผนการพัฒนาบุคลากรของคณะฯ ต่อไป
