เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 6 และวันศุกร์ที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2566 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ได้จัดโครงการสัมมนาบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2566 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “ทบทวนขั้นตอนการทำงานสู่การพัฒนา” ณ โรงแรมโอโซ นอร์ธ พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนขั้นตอนการทำงานของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนในคณะฯ ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับทิศทางการดำเนินงานของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัย สามารถวางแผนการทำงานในอนาคตและสร้างความสามัคคีของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนในการทำงานร่วมกัน สานความสัมพันธ์ของบุคลากรและสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานเป็นทีม รวมถึงได้เข้าใจเป้าหมายร่วมกัน โดย ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้ให้ข้อมูลทิศทางของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ และได้เชิญ ดร.จรงค์ศักดิ์ พุมนวน นักวิทยาศาสตร์เชี่ยวชาญ คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง มาเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้แก่บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนในการเขียนคู่มือการทำงานของตนเองเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานต่อไป
On July 6 and 7, 2023, the school of Liberal Arts organized the annual supporting staff seminar with the theme “reviewing the workflow for development” at the Ozo North Pattaya Hotel in Chonburi, Thailand. The goal is to review the work procedures of the supporting staff of the faculty to ensure that they are consistent with the direction of the faculty and the operations of the university and to be able to plan future work, create unity among supporting staff in working together, build relationships among personnel, and establish a teamwork environment, including the understanding of common goals. Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwanthep, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, provided information about the direction of the School of Arts and invited Dr. Charongsak Phumnuan, from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, to come as a guest speaker and teach support staff how to write their own work manuals to further improve work processes.
