โครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการทบทวน วางแผนกลยุทธ์ ปรับโครงสร้างการทำงานของบุคลากร สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป
สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้จัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ซึ่งมุ่งพัฒนาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป (General Education) เพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีสมรรถนะ รอบด้าน ในเรื่องการสื่อสารกับผู้อื่น (Communicate to Others) การเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโลก (Be Part of The World) การมีจิตสำนึกของความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (Entrepreneurial Mindset) และ การเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (Lifelong Learner) การบรรลุพันธกิจดังกล่าวจำเป็นต้องอาศัยโครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการที่ชัดเจน รวมถึงบุคลากรในสำนักงานที่มีบทบาทหน้าที่และภารกิจการทำงานสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย เชิงยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย จึงได้จัดโครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการทบทวน วางแผนกลยุทธ์ ปรับโครงสร้างการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ระหว่างวันจันทร์ที่ 8 กันยายน – วันอังคารที่ 9 กันยายน 2568 จำนวน 18 ท่าน ณ บ้านผู้หว่าน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้เครื่องมือ Business Model Canvas (BMC) ผลที่ได้รับจากการสัมมนาฯได้แผนการทำงานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของบุคลากรในหน่วยงานสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป และแผนกลยุทธ์ Business Model Canvas (BMC) ของหน่วยงานสำนักงาน วิชาศึกษาทั่วไป

Workshop Seminar on Reviewing, Strategic Planning, and Restructuring of the General Education Office Personnel
The General Education Office, School of Liberal Arts, has been responsible for teaching General Education courses, with the aim of developing students to be well-rounded and competent in key areas: Communicating with Others, Being Part of the World, Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Becoming Lifelong Learners.
Achieving these missions requires a clear management structure as well as personnel whose roles and responsibilities are aligned with the university’s strategic goals. Therefore, the General Education Office organized a workshop seminar on Reviewing, Strategic Planning, and Restructuring of Personnel Work from Monday, September 8 to Tuesday, September 9, 2025, with 18 participants, at Baan Phu Wan, Nakhon Pathom Province. The seminar employed the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a key tool.
The outcomes of the seminar included a detailed work plan outlining the roles and responsibilities of staff within the General Education Office, as well as a strategic plan based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the office.
