General Education Courses is a course based on desirable graduate characteristics of KMUTT framework on National Higher Education Qualifications Standards 2009 and general education philosophy according to criteria of undergraduate curriculum standards 2005. It is the core for creating the course structure and consider including the main content that is necessary for student learning in various subjects by the curriculum structure consists of a group of compulsory subjects with 25 credits and 6 credits of compulsory elective courses.

Organizing English language teaching at the undergraduate level, regular and international curriculum.

A place for developing and strengthening global competence

With this newly established centre, learners (both KMUTT students and staff as well as the public workforce) will gain more chances to nurture and enhance their global competence through a LEARN & TRY concept in order to become global citizens in future workplaces. SALC’s role is thus reformed with more involvement in assessment and training. Various products and services will also be provided to assess and promote learners’ English language competence and development of soft skills through local and internationalized environments.
