คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มจธ. จัดกิจกรรม “Mock Interview” เสริมความพร้อมนักศึกษาสู่โลกการทำงานจริง
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2569 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี จัดกิจกรรม “Mock Interview” ภายใต้โครงการ Future Ready: Step into the Spotlight ทดลองสัมภาษณ์งานจริง เสริมความพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงาน ณ ห้อง SoLA 901 ชั้น 9 คณะศิลปศาสตร์
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกประสบการณ์การสัมภาษณ์งานในบรรยากาศเสมือนจริง พร้อมพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร การตอบคำถามสัมภาษณ์ และการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน โดยนักศึกษาได้เข้ารับการสัมภาษณ์ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษตามสายงานและตำแหน่งที่ตนเองสนใจ อาทิ Data Science, AI, Engineering, Business Analysis, Consulting และสายงานด้านเทคนิคต่าง ๆ
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมทั้งหมด 46 คน และได้รับความร่วมมือจากคณะกรรมการและผู้สัมภาษณ์ทั้งจากภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยรวม 18 ท่าน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารองค์กร บุคลากรด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (HR) ตัวแทนจากสมาคมนักศึกษาเก่ามจธ. และคณาจารย์จากหลากหลายสาขา ที่ร่วมให้ข้อเสนอแนะและคำแนะนำแก่นักศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด
ภายในกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้ฝึกประสบการณ์การสัมภาษณ์งานในบรรยากาศเสมือนจริง และได้รับข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการตอบคำถามสัมภาษณ์ บุคลิกภาพ การสื่อสาร และการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการสมัครงานจริงในอนาคต โดยบรรยากาศภายในงานเป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่นและเต็มไปด้วยความตั้งใจของนักศึกษา ทั้งนี้ ผู้สัมภาษณ์หลายท่านได้กล่าวชื่นชมนักศึกษาในด้านการเตรียมตัว ความสุภาพ ทัศนคติ ความกล้าแสดงออก และศักยภาพในการทำงาน ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงคุณภาพและความพร้อมของนักศึกษามจธ. ได้เป็นอย่างดี
กิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ Future Ready ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานในอนาคต ทั้งด้านการสื่อสาร บุคลิกภาพ ความมั่นใจ และการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่โลกการทำงานอย่างมืออาชีพ
The School of Liberal Arts, KMUTT Organizes “Mock Interview” Activity to Prepare Students for the Professional World
On Monday, May 11, 2026, the School of Liberal Arts at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) organized the “Mock Interview” activity under the Future Ready: Step into the Spotlight project at SoLA 901, 9th Floor, School of Liberal Arts.
The activity aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in simulated job interviews while helping them develop communication skills, interview techniques, and professional readiness before entering the workforce. Students participated in both Thai and English interviews based on their career interests and targeted positions, including Data Science, AI, Engineering, Business Analysis, Consulting, and various technical fields.
A total of 46 students participated in the activity, with support from 18 interviewers and committee members from both within and outside the university. The interview panel included company executives, human resource professionals, representatives from the KMUTT Alumni Association, and faculty members from various disciplines, all of whom provided personalized feedback and professional guidance to students.
During the activity, students gained hands-on experience through simulated job interviews and received feedback on interview responses, professional personality, communication skills, and preparation for future real job applications. The atmosphere throughout the event was warm and filled with students’ enthusiasm and determination. Many interviewers expressed their admiration for the students’ preparation, politeness, positive attitudes, confidence, and strong potential. These comments reflected the quality and readiness of KMUTT students for future professional careers.
This activity is part of the Future Ready project, which aims to equip students with essential workplace skills, including communication, professionalism, confidence, and career readiness for the modern professional world.
