เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2565 คณะศิลปศาสตร์ได้จัดโครงการสัมมนาบุคลากร คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2565 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “การเตรียมความพร้อมกลับเข้าสู่การทำงานหลังสถานการณ์โควิด และกำหนดแนวทางการทำงานในอนาคต” ณ โรงแรมแม่น้ำ รามาดาพลาซา กรุงเทพฯ ให้แก่บุคลากรคณะศิลปศาสตร์ โดย ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ กล่าวเปิดงานสัมมนาคณะฯ ให้นโยบายและแนวทางการดำเนินงานของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ในอนาคต และมอบของขวัญให้แก่บุคลากรที่ได้สร้างชื่อเสียงให้แก่คณะฯ ระหว่างปี 2563 – 2565 ทั้งนี้ได้เรียนเชิญ ผศ.ดร.ทวีศักดิ์ กฤษเจริญ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายบุคคล มจธ.มาให้นโยบายและทิศทางการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล ตามแผนกลยุทธ์ มจธ. ฉบับที่ 13 และจัดกิจกรรมสานสัมพันธ์ให้แก่บุคลากรภายในคณะฯ หลังจากที่ห่างกันไป 2 ปีในช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด เพื่อสร้างพลังกายและพลังใจในการทำงานต่อไป
The School of Liberal Arts hosted a seminar on “Preparing for online work following the post-Covid 19 pandemic and the future of work” at the Four River Convention, Ramada Plaza Bangkok Menam Riverside Hotel on Tuesday, July 20, 2022.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep, dean of the School of Liberal Arts, delivered a welcome address and a statement on the future operations and management of the School of Liberal Arts, and handed gifts to SoLA staff members who made significant contributions to the School in the academic year 2020-2022.
In addition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Taweesak Kritjaroen, Assistant to the President for Human Resources, delivered a speech on “Human resource’ policies and directions in accordance with KMUTT Strategies Plan No. 13” and led numerous activities with SoLA personnel, after not seeing each other in person for two years, in order to foster collaboration and provide moral support for future staff work.
