Sunday 28 – 30 April 2019 – Office of Dean, School of Liberal Arts, organised a site visit for 18 supporting personnel to Faculty of Liberal Arts, Prince of Songkla University, to gain more experience in quality assurance in education and discuss “Roles of Supporting Personnel in Driving Organization for Development of Educational Quality”. Moreover, they visited Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Thaksin University, to explore collaboration between divisions in the university.
The objectives of this site visit were to increase the performance of supporting personal to professional standard and to apply the experience to their work. Additionally, the knowledge obtained from the study trip was shared among the supporting personnel to improve their working process through an implementation information technology system.
เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 ถึงวันอังคารที่ 30 เมษายน 2562 สำนักงานคณบดี คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้นำพนักงานสายสนับสนุน จำนวน 18 คน ไปศึกษาดูงานด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ในหัวข้อ “บทบาทของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา” ณ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ และด้านการทำงานเชื่อมโยงกันระหว่างหน่วยงานในมหาวิทยาลัย ณ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ จ.สงขลา ตามลำดับ
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานสายสนับสนุนในการทำงานให้มีมาตรฐานอย่างมืออาชีพ อีกทั้งเพื่อนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการดูงานมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนา ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน และนำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้สนับสนุนและอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
