เมื่อวันที่ 3- 7 กรกฎาคม 2566 กลุ่มวิชาภาษา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้จัดโครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ ในหัวข้อเรื่อง Discourse Analysis for Teaching โดยเรียนเชิญ Professor Steve Walsh ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน Applied Linguistics จาก Newcastle University ประเทศอังกฤษ มาเป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาด้านการทำวิจัย ให้แก่บุคลากรและนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่สนใจ การจัดสัมมนาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษาได้เพิ่มพูนองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการวิจัยจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากต่างประเทศ สามารถผลิตงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพสูงได้ และสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน การวิจัยระดับสูงด้านภาษาศาสตร์ประยุกต์
The Language Group of the School of Liberal Arts organized a workshop on Discourse Analysis for Teaching from 3 to 7 July 2023. The invited lecturer was Professor Steve Walsh, an expert in Applied Linguistics from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom. The invited speaker also offered research consultations to SoLA lecturers and graduate students with similar research interests. The purpose of this workshop is to encourage lecturers and students to acquire more knowledge and share research ideas with a foreign expert in order to generate high-quality research, as well as to advance teaching and research in applied linguistics.
