เมื่อวันที่ 8-10 กรกฏาคม 2562 สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป คณะศิลปศาสตร์ จัดโครงการจัดอบรมพัฒนาอาจารย์เกื้อหนุนสำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาศักยภาพอาจารย์เกื้อหนุนในรายวิชา GEN 231 & GEN 241”ในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของบุคลากรในมิติต่างๆ สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปจึงได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมผู้สอน ซึ่งถือเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการที่จะทำให้การดำเนินงานบรรลุตามเป้าหมายของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ อีกทั้งยังตอบสนองและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและภารกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษาในอนาคต สำนักงานวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ที่มีบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่หลากหลายทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยจำเป็นต้องได้รับการเสริมสร้างทักษะและความสามารถจัดการเรียนรู้ รวมถึงแนวทางการสอนด้วยเทคนิควิธีการใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตลอดจนวิธีการให้คำปรึกษาแก่นักศึกษา การรู้จักการทำงานร่วมกัน การมีเจตคติและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้อาจารย์ได้พัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์และวิเคราะห์ สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิจารณ์ผลงานของนักศึกษาในรายวิชาได้ เพื่อให้อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากลุ่มกิจกรรมสามารถนำความรู้ในด้านเทคนิคการให้คำปรึกษาและนำไปถ่ายทอดแก่นักศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ณ ภูผาผึ้ง รีสอร์ท ตำบลสวนผึ้ง Read more
