คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี โดยศูนย์พัฒนาสมรรถนะสากล (GCDC) ร่วมกับกลุ่มวิชาภาษา จัดกิจกรรมค่ายทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์และทักษะดิจิทัล (Technology and Digital Skills Camp) ให้กับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสอาดเผดิมวิทยา จังหวัดชุมพร โดยมี รศ.ดร.อธิปัตย์ บุญเหมาะ อาจารย์ประจำคณะศิลปศาสตร์ เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2567 ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.ดร.ศศิธร สุวรรณเทพ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ และผู้บริหารคณะศิลปศาสตร์ให้การต้อนรับ จากนั้น นักเรียนได้เข้าอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการออกแบบสื่ออย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดย หน่วยเทคโนโลยีการเรียนรู้ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ เยี่ยมชมคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (School of Information Technology: SIT) แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับนักศึกษาของคณะฯ เกี่ยวกับการเรียนและการใช้ชีวิตในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัย เยี่ยมชมสถาบันวิทยาการหุ่นยนต์ภาคสนาม (Institute of Field Robotics: FIBO) เปิดประสบการณ์การประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในนวัตกรรมหุ่นยนต์ จากฐานการเรียนรู้ 4 ฐาน ได้แก่ 1) ฐาน AR (Augmented Reality) การนำเทคโนโลยีมาผสานระหว่างโลกแห่งความเป็นจริงและโลกเสมือนจริง 2) ฐาน Smart Factory เรียนรู้การควบคุมเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอัจฉริยะผ่านการควบคุมระยะไกล 3) ฐาน Interactive Aquarium ชมสัตว์ทะเล 3 มิติเคลื่อนไหวอย่างมีชีวิตบน Interactive Virtual Aquarium และ 4) ฐานหุ่นยนต์แขนกล เรียนรู้การควบคุมการทำงานของระบบหุ่นยนต์หรือแขนกลเบื้องต้น นอกจากนี้ ได้รับฟังข้อมูลการศึกษาแขนงต่างๆ และสาขาวิชาที่ มจธ. เปิดสอน และการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยสำนักงานคัดเลือก และสรรหานักศึกษา การจัดกิจกรรมค่ายครั้งนี้ เป็นการส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนได้เปิดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียน สร้างความตระหนักในการพัฒนาตนเองด้านทักษะดิจิทัล การเตรียมความพร้อม และวางแผนการศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาต่อไป โดยมีคณะครู และนักเรียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งสิ้น 31 คน
School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, and the Global Competency Development Center (GCDC) in collaboration with the Language Studies Group, the School of Liberal Arts at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi organized a Computer Skills Camp and Digital Skills Camp for Mathayom 5 students from Saard Phaderm Wittaya School, Chumphon Province. The project was overseen by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atipat Boonmoh, a lecturer at the School of Liberal Arts. This activity took place on June 28, 2024, and was graced by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Suwannathep, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, along with other administrators. Following the welcome, students participated in a workshop on the application of technology in creative media design, led by the Learning Technology Unit of the School of Liberal Arts. They then visited the School of Information Technology (SIT) to exchange knowledge with students about studying and campus life.
The students also visited the Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO) to gain hands-on experience with AI applications in robotic innovation through four learning stations:1. AR (Augmented Reality) Station: Using technology to combine the real and virtual worlds.2. Smart Factory Station: Learning to control machines in a smart factory through remote control.3. Interactive Aquarium Station: Watching 3D sea animals come to life in the Interactive Virtual Aquarium. 4. Robotic Arm Station: Learning to control the basic functions of a robotic system or mechanical arm.
Additionally, they received information about various fields of study offered at KMUTT and preparation for higher education from the Admissions and Recruitment Office. This camp activity aimed to provide students with learning experiences outside the classroom, raise awareness of self-improvement in digital skills, and prepare them for higher education. A total of 31 teachers and students participated in the activity.
